Poor Site...Bad ...very bad customer service...difficult to discontinue Premium service had to contact payment outlet to discontinue same.

Signed up as a standard user (didn't pay ) i. Then I got notice that I'd been locked out of messaging or reading messages for a few days but if I upgraded I could have instant access to the premium account. I paid through Paypal for a monthly subscription only to find I was still locked out and my account membership still read Standard. I sent numerous emails and attached photo proof that I had paid for the premium account. Email replies are always the same from them, they say they are looking into it signed Niamh_____.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I'm a 53 year old lady, and for no reason, cannot get on to the website. I received an automated response twice from Niamh saying they acknowledged my email and would respond but nada. I've sent several emails looking for an explanation, no response whatsoever, just left in limbo, it's disgraceful and an extremely rude thing to do. Separately, the site charges an extortionate amount, a rip off looking for €24.99 per month for the same people who have been on it for years! I was off it for 3 years, went back on and all the same guys. I am going to post this everywhere I can, have spoken to many site members who are of the same view.
