Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services.
2 issues I have with the service
1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20.
2. Would like for items to extend past 14 days as sometimes we do custom work that needs the extra time.

UI and UX is great, however, the customer service is awful
There is no way to change my collection address in smart send.
Customer chatbot service unable to help and the API email they recommended is unresponsive
All i want to do is change my collect from address
My details on Shopify are correct. I have deleted the plugin and reconnected parcel2go app to no avail.
Why is a simple task impossible for them to fix?
Very Good, easy to use. Only thing we would change is the tracking to be the couriers site and not parcels2go site.
Competitively priced and lots of options to send. Customer service is very easy to use and always sort any issues we have had in the past promptly.

Great platform - imports all sales quickly and easily from Shopify for efficient service, creating shipping labels, arranging courier details, and providing tracking links with ease. Great customer service and support lines. Would recommend.
Very easy to use and with the Rule Manager you can set rules so certain weights of products are auto set to certain carriers - so literally you just refresh smart send on their site and it creates all the shipping labels for you from your shopify orders - print them and ship them out - easy!
This is a ok and workable free solution. Is not as intuitive as other apps but speeds up the process so I guess its got it's place among other apps in this store. Saying this - it definitely needs improvements and more thought.
Fabulous app - Been using this App for a while and it does everything i need to run my business! Imports orders automatically adds tracking information, saves me so much time!
I had high hopes for this. Although in some respects it saves time (I like the automated despatch notes especially), it does still feel really clunky. I seem to get endless duplicates of orders as if they just keep getting imported and that slows things down as I have to keep deleting the extra ones, ungrouping and regrouping things. It also doesn't seem to remember the settings I put in - I always use DHL Collect and no matter how often I put that as a setting, it still defaults to DHL Drop Off. So - not bad, but definitely lots of room for improvement.

Smart send is awful to use, I still have no idea how to actually send things. It doesn't talk back to shopify so I'm better off booking orders manually
It doesn't show the correct price for the order, so customers end up paying more taxes as there is no way to edit the shipment value once imported.
