Rescheduling an Appointment through Patient Fusion
To check when your next appointment is, or to reschedule your next appointment online:
1. Log in to Patient Fusion
2. On the Left, click "Appointments"
3. View your next appointment, and change it as you'd like
Getting Access to Patient Fusion
If you don't have access to Patient Fusion, you'll have to request it from us
1. Call us 24/7 at 609-581-9100
2. Then, check your e-mail and follow the instructions to make an account
3. Once you log in, click "Appointments" on the Left and view/change appointments
