Truth…

Plndr has always been my go to for fashion at reasonable prices since 2011. My packages always were on time if not faster. Ordered in 2024 and the experience is still on point

Good Products, Unreachable Customer Service

Placed three orders from this site. The second two arrived first, with the first order yet to fully arrive. Filed two support requests, and both have disappeared into the wind. Have not been able to reach customer service at all. Tried reaching out to them on twitter, and they told me to DM them when their account does not allow DMs from people they are not following. Can't reach anybody. Good products, awful customer service.

Well over a month after making my …

Well over a month after making my initial purchase and I still hadn't received the merchandise I ordered. So, I contacted their "customer service" and was lied to and given the cold shoulder. I am currently in the process of having Paypal get my funds back from these thieves. Please heed my warning...go anywhere else for your apparel and accessory needs! BUYER BEWARE!

needs work.

the check-out process is not user-friendly. i consider myself to be somewhat tech-savvy and your process is frustrating. fields do not stay populated with previously entered data after choosing payment method, which is another problem itself. paypal did not work for me and it always has in the past with every other site. also, customer service takes too long to respond and shipping times are laughable, especially when items are local to me. from a customer's point of view, it seems as though no one is doing anything to make your brand better.

Horrible customer service

Was introduced to PLNDR by a close …

Was introduced to PLNDR by a close friend of mine back in 2012 and ive been using it ever since and is now my go to website to go online shopping. Every now and then ill check the website to see if they are advertising their online promo codes that allow you to get discounts on shirts, pants, socks, jewelry, and shoes. Sometimes it is better to wait to buy that shirt you wanted because there could be a new promo code that'll save you money on that specific shirt.

Difficult to get promised discounts--so far I'm out $20.

So far, I'm not having an easy time. Just placing the order was difficult as the 20% email signup bonus offer code would not be accepted. I signed up, and tried the code immediately, but it's getting rejected as having been expired.

It has been 8 days and I still haven’t…

It has been 8 days and I still haven’t received a tracking number on my shoes. I’ve contacted customer support and I just got an automated response. I’m gonna give it another 3 days before I cancel. Will update if they do end up shipping.

WAYY BETTER LONG AGO

Used this site 4 years ago very regularly... it was wayyyy better back then, always good coupons better incentive, but hey i still bought a lot I'm just not nearly as happy with my purchase this time as i remember being. I am literally on my way to the mall now to do buy more lol

Buyer Beware!

Ordered on August 5th & still haven’t received my order on the 19th. Customer Service responses show they could care less. Dope clothing, but this wait & Service is definitely not worth it!!

Shipping is horrible

Made my purchase on 12/14/16 hoping to receive it before Christmas, however, my item did not ship till 12/24. So disappointed, as this was a Christmas gift to my Father. They need to provide better and faster shipping services.

Good... hoping for better

I've been shopping with Karmaloop/Plndr for years. Even lost money in the change. But I like their selections and some exclusivity with the clothing and fashion on the site. I got free shipping one time(which may have been a fluke but would be nice occasionally) and it was very cool and made me feel appreciated! Looking forward to another 10 years!

Item Missing

I never received my HUF shoes. To make things worse, there was no email specifying that you guys do not have the item in stock. During this transaction there was no courtesy given to the customer.

gift card was expired even though there wasn't any red text indicating that it was expired. coupons weren't active even though the countdown has hours left on it

Online checkout confusing on phone

Please format you checkout section on the website for Aple products. It is very hard to differentiate between the different boxes and what information (shipping and billing) needs to go where. Thanks!
