I was a regular customer at the GameStop location in Walla Walla Washington where I would purchase sports cards. Eventually they convinced me the employees there to purchase a PSA membership through them to get my cards graded through GameStop.

I gave them a very valuable limited edition Stephen Curry card to get graded it was serial numbered 01/25! They lost my card. Don't use this company. Now I'm out a very valuable sports card that I treasured part of my personal collection is now gone forever thanks to GameStop.

Do not trust these people.

They don't help you they don't care about customers whatsoever and they have poor customer service. They don't resolve issues that they've caused

Hello, I was a regular customer at the Walla Walla, Washington GameStop location. I used to go in there to buy sports cards and purchased a few boxes here and there.

I thought I had built up a rapport with their manager, and he and one of his associates convinced me that I should get a PSA membership and use them to get my cards graded. Finally, I decided to go ahead and purchase a membership. My card was handed to them, and I trusted them to send my very limited Stephen Curry serial numbered card, which I will attach a photo of. Nobody has given me any status on my card; it's been over 2 months.

I called your customer service phone number, and it's busy. I don't understand what's going on with GameStop, but I want my card. Nobody at GameStop has been helpful whatsoever, and I'm really disappointed because I probably will never see my card again. Not to mention, I paid for a membership that was a waste of money, too.

I've also contacted PSA, and they are no help whatsoever. I'm really tempted to leave you people really bad reviews on whatever forum I can find, depending on how you handle this. As it stands right now, I'm tempted to take you to court over this. What is going on with your company?

Your associates don't answer when I call the phone number; it just rings and rings, and there's no voicemail for it or at all for the Walla Walla, Washington location. What's going on with the grading? Are customers like myself, who trusted your store employees with our precious cards, just out of luck? Because it seems that way to me.

As it stands, it looks like I've lost my card, wasted my energy, and now I feel like an idiot for trusting GameStop with my card from my collection. This card would have come back a PSA 8 to 10 easily and was super rare, and now it's gone.

What a shame. I still have my receipt and photos of my card.

Id give them a zero star rating if I could but sadly cant. Traded in an Xbox to buy a game and used the gift card but says theres no money on it.

Now I cant get a customer service agent to answer or call back. Its ridiculous.
