Puppies.com apparently does NOTHING to vet the breeder. Not even pointing out obvious red flags in their listing (lack of breeder information being the main one). Instead, for a few dollars more, an unscrupulous and secretive puppy mill can become a "Featured Breeder" adding to a level of comfort for a gullible buyer (me).We bought a puppy that was came pre-infected with parvo, which manifested the day after we took possession of this beautiful sweet, lively little girl. We're now in for about $2,000 trying to save her because these MONSTERS did not immunize the mother.I would never use again, or recommend puppies.com.

Hello,It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with this seller. Puppies.com is a bulletin board service, but we offer Buyer Tips on every listings to assist in having a safe transaction. You can post a testimonial on the seller's account to urge the seller to provide a resolution to the situation and if they did not follow their contract then you have the option of taking legal action. You can also try to dispute your purchase through the avenue you paid to recoup your money if the seller is not cooperating to resolve the problem. If you feel someone has been proven to be a puppy mill we ask for you to provide documentation (such as police reports or other evidence of legal action showing that the breeder is operating outside of the law) so that the seller in question may be investigated thoroughly as allegations alone are not sufficient evidence to have an account removed. If allegations are substantiated with these documents, then we will have the account in question removed from our site.If you have concerns about animal cruelty or neglect, please contact the humane law enforcement or animal control agency in the seller's location. I have used puppies.com a few times now and I'm very happy with them. I am thankful for the advice section so I wasn't scammed. Had 1 person I'm sure was a scam but they wouldn't do a video call so I declined to buy the puppy and found someone closer to where I live and I drove to meet them and bought that puppy. I will recommend puppies.com to my friends and family. Thanks puppies.com for making this process so much easier for me.Review from Edward M

I would highly recommend your website for anyone looking for a puppy. I had a great experience purchasing through a broker from an Amish family. They were great I love my dog. She was the best investment Ive made in a long time. She was what I needed after having to have my other baby put to sleep.
