5 stars for how complaint was dealt with ! Put in a complaint roughly 6 weeks ago for irresponsible lending and received several emails with updates that was still being investigated through the 6 weeks. Received final response email today with total offer and request for bank details to be credited sent back my details and received the funds in my account within 1 hour.

Great service

This Company Should be banned for offering unaffordable loans to Middle class people . Interest is so high you will be keep borrowing money from other lenders to pay debts . Once you get stuck inside their loan cycle you won’t be able to pay your food or bills you will be just paying them unaffordable loan

Waiting over 18 months for an irresponsible lending compliant to be resolved. They have been advised by an FOS adjudicator to refund interest and charges, but are not giving in because my loans are over 6 years old. Avoid!!! Terrible company. Hopefully they will meet their end like Wonga too!! Awful customer service. Listen to the experts at the Ombudsman Quick Quid, you’ll have to pay out eventually so why are you using these delay tactics?!

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I had been using quick quid for small loans occasionally for over a year and always paid them back on time, although my credit limit isn’t great but it is improving. Then I tried to log into my account one day and was told I had been rejected to borrow any money (I hadn’t even applied yet). I called them to ask why thinking maybe there had been suspicious activity on my account or something but they just said that I was no longer eligible due to my credit score, even though it had increased a lot since first getting accepted for a loan. Also the interest is ridiculously high.

Another scam site

They are playing off of the name of the original quickquid which was actually one of the more fair payday lenders. These guys, however, are cowboys and are not the same company.

Cash Euronet are an absolute joke

Cash Euronet are an absolute joke. Total cowboys, money grabbing pond life! So they drag out the administration process and all the while claiming an absolute fortune in salary payment for the pleasure, depriving us who were prayed upon as desperate skint flints. They finally say “woohoo here’s a portion of what you are owed, (because we want to keep most of it to line our pockets and pay our massive mortgages)” but hey we won’t pay you when we say we will and you will now have to wait a bit longer, 2 weeks longer. So 2 weeks go by and nothing, I ring and I’m told ‘another 2 weeks’ another 2 weeks go by and guess what, NOTHING! Now I’m being told ‘sorry maaaaam I’m not sure when you will be paid you just have to wait and be patient!’ Patient?! Yeah because waiting 2 years isn’t patient enough! Disgusting and shameful, no better than quick Quid themselves!

I was due a refund last year

I was due a refund last year, but still nothing happened for over a year, I spoken to their call centre and it sounded like I was speaking to someone with an American accent who explained that due to covid19 it would be delayed. It was stated on both Martin Lewis website and Deby Camel that we be paid out, so what is going on?

Muppets

Out of the blue QQ started harassing me with emails every 3rd day for a loan I know nothing about, apparently dating back to 2011, which by all means is now statute barred. Trying to deal with these people is like licking paint off a wall. I’ve asked for actual evidence that I took out a loan and all they do is send me emails saying sorry you have been a victim of fraud, call us to arrange your monthly payment plan. And so we go round in circles.

I am not believing these people

I am not believing these people. I don't have a loan through them but I'm receiving emails saying my loan is 90 days overdue??? Could be a spam, but if I find that it is not, then I will have no hesitation esculating this issue. My company has been grounded for a month and zero revenue and these leaches are sending unjustified harassment emails. And the government are worried about people ending up with mental issues due to money pressures. Clowns.
