This bank is absolutely trash. I’ll never bank with these people. I try to open a CD and I did the ACH transfer and the fraud department called me a liar after I made the deposit into the account and I told THEM to go ahead and cancel that I wasn’t struggling to open a $5000 CD. Make sure you run away from his bank is absolutely the most atrocious BANK IN MY LIFE

Worst service EVER!!! I had damage to my home and my insurance issued a check but had to put the lienholders name on it to. However, because I only have a HELOC through them, I cannot get through the call tree at the 866 number and the website will not allow me to register because it is only a HELOC number and not a standard loan number. I have called regular customer serve and they say they cannot help me because I am a HELOC. I am being told that it will take 15 to 20 working days for them to stamp the check and return it to me and I will just have to wait. NOT OK! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I wanted to open an on-line savings account.

Very unprofessional Credit Union to deal with.

They can deny your application and would not bother notifying you unless you call.

They can deny your application without giving you a clear reason so you cannot even fix the reason or any errors in the application process.

Not a good bank to do on-line business; waste of time to fill out on-line application or talk to their service reps who read off the screen and cannot give you straight, honest answers.

They will want lot of information from you but will keep everything secret when they deny your application for whatever reason.

I once had an issue once where my bank account accidentally sent the same payment twice (long story) so one of the payments would overdraw (both payments were rather large amounts). I called Quorum, explained what had happened and they were SO nice. They told me they'd watch for any fees associated with the reversal and take them off and then they told me what to tell my bank to make sure I didn't get any fees on that end either. I really could not be happier with my choice of loan provider.
