Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Horrible customer service to not understand English. Unable to help you will charge you extortionate fees. App is very difficult to use. Charged me over 2000 aed in fees and i had no idea. Wont let me pay in installments.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. the people on the phone doesnt even know what we the normal people knows and dont understand english. Also talking rudely, something like i borrowed it from a private lender. I have been dealt with most of the banks but this one is the worst. Called many times its the same situation not welcoming.

The worst bank in the world

The worst bank in the world. Customer service is unable to answer you. I had to send my license 4 times, and it is still not taken into account, payments are refused without reason. No professionalism. Run away !

Very Bad Customer Service

Very Bad Customer Service, you simply raise the complaint and then follow up 100 times all the time they have different statement on your complaint.

Its Very Difficult To Approach Them First .. type the same request .

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. They held my salary when I got paid my bonus. I chased them over a week and they still reply to me saying that I have not replied. Every customer service agent tells you to do something completely different.

Waste of time, unreliable banking and corrupt processes.

Huge fees, terrible international currency rates, worst customer service out of any bank or business in general I have ever seen. Most incompetent group of individuals I have ever see, all management should be fired immediately

This bank needs to close

This bank needs to close. Money is being debited from my account for no reason. They are stealing money from your account. And when I called them, they told me that this was a technical problem at the bank, but this is already the third time this has happened to me, and in the end I asked if you could help me, like she offered me car insurance, on that I said I didn't need insurance and then she said goodbye to me. They steal money and don't even want to help their clients. This is not a bank, these are some kind of scammers.

Very poor system and process

Very poor system and process. I am almost 8 years account holder of rak bank. Recently i have changed my company and i have every single document and even submitted to its rola branch in physical. They just reply with one message from last one month your application is under process. Really unprofessional team and unnecessarily delay

Worst customer service particularly…

Worst customer service particularly with Musaad over d phone. I applied loan but loan didn’t happened. They opened me account and charging me AED 26.25 for 2 consecutive months despite account not activated. They are telling me to close account but still have to pay charges plus AED 100.This is so bad and not fair procedure. I will report this to central bank of UAE as no one is willing to help on my issue.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. They keep closing branches but are keeping old processes. You need to go to the branch for everything, document update, phone number, etc. Waiting an hour to just update my passport is ridiculous. I have bank accounts with other branches and never went to their branch for more than 7y. Customers come to the branches frustrated and of course the employees can’t really do anything so they are also frustrated. Their support channels don’t know anything or sometimes give contradicting information. It’s just pure frustration and anoyment having a relationship with this bank.

As I am a holder of Titanium credit…

As I am a holder of Titanium credit card, had to call them to convert one of my purchase to
EPP for 6 months. The agent Ms. Aalya converted into 3 months by herself without listening properly. I called them again to convert into 6 months. No one is helping. Always explaining about their process & procedures. If I want, can cancel the current 3 months EPP & make a fresh request for 6 months but cancellation charges will be applicable.
Why should I pay for their agent's mistake?
No helping mentality, Not taking care of their customers. Very very very worst experience with RAKBANK.

Dont apply loan on RAK BANK they will…

Dont apply loan on RAK BANK they will hold your money for long time. My buy out loan has been applied since end of august. it is been 1month until now they did not release the remaining hold amount. But still they put the money on Hold. Even i requested them for urgency as my son is having chemotherapy still they hold the loan. So if you dont want to wait for almost 2months dont apply any loans from them. They will just inform that it will be release tomorrow for 3 weeks now this is the 4th week until now the loan is not released

I waited for 50 minutes , when I reached my turn a female officer Ms, Alhambra Ahmed with a beautiful smile welcomed me and nicely apologized for the long waiting time , she finished my application very quickly and professionally , I forgot all the time I spent and I really appreciate her time , She is an example of a devoted professional person
