    Email subscriptions for my spouse and myself and the service repeatedly downloads the same emails over and over from their server, even when deleted, reported as junk. These emails from 6-12 months ago keep reapprearing. I have notifed their support email address. Nothing has been corrected, it continues to happen even after months of trying to contact them. The system will not let me log on their website, won't let me reset my password. This service is unusable and not condusive to try to conduct my personal affairs and contact with frineds, family and my own personal business. There is also so much spam that there is no way they do not sell our information as advertised, which is why I wanted the private email and paid for it versus a free email like ****** etc... There is no phone number for support and the email address on the website is unattended and there is no response or no resolution even if they send the initial automated reply. I would like a refund of the 2 years prepaid service that my spouse and I paid for our seperate, private email accounts.

    I attempted to renew my account with ******,com for three years on four times. Each time the transaction was marked as "failed". I was contacted by my bank though the **************** and told them the charges were real and each time they authorized payment it was still marked "failed" by Reagan.com. It was difficult to contact Reagan.com as they only converse thru email or an online chat program. Two different agents at Reagan.com told me it was the bank refusing payment and to try again. That is why I tried four times with two different credit cards. The support was so bad and the comments were so standardized I finally said I wanted to cancel my order and no longer used their email service. Again the emailed contacts were not helpful, asking if I have another email address or telling me to clear my cache in order to make the order work. The account was set up with automatic renewal and there is no way on line to change or cancel automatic renewal. I contacted them again asking for confirmation the account would be closed and that I would not be charged. The response always comes many hours later and does not confirm cancellation. I just want them to confirm I will not be charged and that it is cancelled.When I said I would report them to the BBB communications stopped and I have not heard from the since Again, I just want them to confirm I will not be charged and that it is cancelled.

    For about the last week or so, every email that I send out from *********************** comes back to me as undelivered. I have attempted to contact them numerous times but, at this point, have been unable to do so.     I am having problems getting logged into my Reagan.com webmail account and need to get in touch with their tech support to look at what's going on with my email. I cant open them or send anything etc.. I tried to block SPAM and it just went blank now I cant open, read or send emails not to mention important communications I need access to. This is happening because of all the SPAM I've been getting. I don't like the way they handle SPAM are they investigating where and who is sending these fraudulent emails from they tell you to just SPAM it. I'm not happy with that answer what are they doing to prevent it? I constantly question whether or not its tech support contacting me for issues or updates to my account especially when their using reagan.com email addresses, obviously their Phishing and always claim to be with Reagan.com tech support its very confusing because half the time I don't know if its them or not they need to do something about it because my email is messed and I need to get work done important deadlines etc.. live chat doesn't work, phone number doesn't return calls, there's no other possible way of getting into my account to reset the password not only that they don't even recognize my phone number for me to log into the member/tech support portal ! what's up with that? reading the other comments/complaints it seems I'm not the only one having this problem.I've had an account with them for several yrs and up until the last yr or so it seems to have gotten worse (the SPAM and customer service/tech support accessibility). I was surprised to find to out that their not even accredited by the BBB which makes me even more skeptical. I hope I get a reply very soon this is a huge inconvenience plus I have a PAID subscription you should provide better **************** and tech support access its very disappointing not to mention frustrating and time consuming.     Long time member of reagan.com and paid up until mid-2026. Website no longer has an active support site (zendesk) or chat and has acted very different the last few days and would like to change my password! For some reason when I am logged in the "Change Password" selection in my settings does not appear as a choice! So I attempted to do so through the "Forgot Password" link on the log-in screen and when I get the verification screen and asks for my phone it has problem recognizing it so can't change and feel vulnerable not being able to do so and can't find any way to report the problem and get any answers. Beginning to think they have been hijacked as very strange actions on their site.

    This is regarding Reagan.com email service. First of all, their customer service is not-existent...it is impossible to get in touch with anyone either via email or via their so-called chat option. My wife and I both have our primary email service with Reagan.com but in the past few weeks (as has been indicated by other complaints) there have been more issues with trying to log-in and now, they have apparently rolled out a "new look" to their email service. With this "new look" has come broken links to anything related to customer service or support and a log-in screen that is highly suspicious but good luck trying to ask anyone about it. It is unacceptable to not have access to customer support on a paid email service especially when it now looks like the whole site has been spoofed and we have no assurance that it is still a legitimate email provider. I will be happy to provide my Reagan.com email address upon request

    I would like to know what is going on with ****** email. As others are experiencing, I have been having problems. There is no way to contact them for support. If I click on the Support tab, it says: Oops, this help center no longer exists. My subscription was due for renewal, but today I can no longer access that section. The billing and payment section was there last week. Sometimes, when searching for ****** email, one of the links takes you to a log in saying that ****** email has a new look. I certainly don't want to be billed for this sort of service and would like a resolution to this issue.

    I am trying to cancel my account for the last two weeks, they do not answer and are continuing my account when it should have expired. Trying to get through to them is like pulling teeth. All I am asking to be rid of this company which is the worst website ever. They have no phone number to call and wont answer through support. I have sent several messages without a response. I have just got out of the hospital and would like this situation resolved without any charges since I said I wanted to cancel.
