The worst app to use . They have complicated everything by introducing money sending opinion. Is soo hard to make a call.with the worst customer service.

Recently had my account completely locked and unrecoverable due to "breaking terms". These terms were never specified. I have been a paying customer for 3 months and suddenly this. Guess this company doesn't like money. Stay away unless you want to get your money stolen.

I was the Nymgo user for a quite long time,first few years it went well but recently it started giving me trouble to connect the call and voice clarity.then, one of my friend suggested me to use Rebtel and i followed his advise and i am very glad that i found rebtel. Its service for the call connectivity is very fast , sound clarity is perfect from both sides and call rates are cheap too. 100% recommend to use the rebtel to other consumers.

It is great being able to keep in touch with family and friends back home in another country. I can also send them airtime in their own currency for free. The service provider could help by making the cost of the service lower which would help us keep in touch longer and more often. However it is great that the service is available.

To be completely honest, the international calling app worked well, but the customer service is about as negative as a company can be. There is no way I can get help with something as simple as updating my personal information and all attempts to contact them via chat or email have been unsuccessful. They simply don't respond. I'm still not sure if this option is read and I'm still not getting the help I need. Thank you so much

I have been using Rebtel for over 7 years I think. It is without the best and most affordable service me and my wife use. It's really easy to use and easy to reload your credits.
My only complaint is not getting my money back when I had to create a new account because I changed my phone number and couldn't access my original account.

This is NOT worth using. They have no concern about even where my 20 dollars have gone. I sent for telephone credits because it was needed urgently. It has not arrived for last 4 days !
Thank God i did not send more money as it seems like a scam and i warn others to be aware that not to use this platform for urgent usage.

The app works well until you have a problem and then contact customer support. The problem with customer support is that they dont read your emails properly and they fail to understand the problem. I am not saying they are stupid but if they just took a little bit more time to read the emails they would understand what the problem is.
All of this results in lots of emails back and forth and unfortunately in my case they still did not solve the problem. In the end my account was suspended as well as my wifes and now we are looking to use another app to call abroad.

It looks like it works well for European and western countries like Canada. Bit does not work well at all when trying to contact sone countries in Afria and Asia.

Do not waste your money, this service is sucks! I tried to make calls and only functioned twice, then when I call international it dials a local number first, then there is a voice mail telling me the number I have called is invalid or not in service, but if I use Skype it goes thru! Réstel is not a reliable service
