Introduction
We want everyone who works with us to feel comfortable and confident with how any personal information you share with us will be looked after. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and store your personal information (this means any information that identifies or could identify you).

We collect information on you in the following ways:
· When you interact with us directly. This may include signing up for the newsletter, registering for a course or workshop, queries about Look Again activities, completing a survey or providing feedback. This includes online interactions, phone calls, emails, webchat, video conferencing and in person.
When you interact with us through partners or clients. They may be contracting Look Again to deliver activities such as courses, workshops or exhibitions.
When you interact with us through third parties. This will include signing up to Look Again’s courses through platforms such as Eventbrite.
When you visit Look Again’s website. We use "cookies" to help our site run effectively. There are more details below – see 'Cookies'. We may also track which pages you visit when you click on links in emails from us.
3. What information we collect and why we use it
Personal information
Personal information, which we collect includes your name, email address and phone number, job titles, and marketing data such as your preferences for receiving information from us.
How we use this information:
To deliver courses, workshops, talks, webinars and training which you have registered on. This may include, pre-activity questionnaires or surveys, communications and information about the activity, post-activity follow up and feedback
To keep you updated on Look Again’s news and activities
In relation to any correspondence which you have entered into with us
Sensitive personal information
You may share sensitive personal information with us as part of course or training preparation and evaluation. We will treat this information with extra care and confidentiality and always in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information will be used as following:
To evaluate the effectiveness of the courses we are providing
We will not pass the information on to anyone else without the explicit consent of the individual concerned except in exceptional circumstances. Examples might include anyone reporting serious self-harm or posing a threat to others
All sensitive information will be deleted following evaluation or course completion
Financial information
Look Again collects and processes no financial information. Payment is collected via third party sites including Paypal, Eventbrite and Stripe, and is covered by their respective Privacy Policies.
4. Marketing
We will only contact you about Look Again’s work by email if you have agreed for us to contact you in this manner. If you agree to this means of contact then we will contact you about Look Again’s activities, including but not limited to courses, workshops, talks, and training.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us at ruth@look-again.org or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Please note that when you update your communication preferences it can take 28 days to take effect across our systems.
5. Sharing your information
Personal information will be mainly used to communicate about Look Again activities, which you have requested or purchased. We will never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities. Nor will we sell any information about your web browsing activity.
We may share your information with trusted suppliers or partners in order to deliver services, but processing of information will be carried out on our behalf. We make sure that they store the data securely, delete it when they no longer need it and never use it for any other purposes. For example, we may share your information with our partners who help us to manage our emails lists.
Legal disclosure
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law (for example, to comply with applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice or in response to a valid request from a competent authority); or, in order to enforce our conditions of sale and other agreements.

We store no financial information as all payments are taken via third party sites.

Objection. You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data. In this situation we may store minimum data in order to ensure the request can be respected in future.
Consent. Where you have given us consent to use your personal information, e.g. for marketing purposes, you can withdraw this at any time.
Rectification. You can ask us to complete or amend any inaccurate information we hold about you.
Erasure. You can ask us to delete your personal information where it is no longer necessary for us to use it, where you have withdrawn consent, or where we have no lawful basis for keeping it.
Portability. You can ask us to transfer your personal information to another organisation in a commonly used open format such as a CSV file.
Automated decision-making. We don’t carry out any automated decision-making.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computer’s hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.
What do we use cookies for?
We may use cookies to remember personal settings you have chosen at our website. In no other context do we use cookies to collect information that identifies you personally. Most of the cookies we set are automatically deleted from your computer when you leave our website or shortly afterwards.

The software will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information.
