Note that my location is Rohtak, Haryana. Tested on phone with 5 GHz wifi
Ur plan is 150 mbps right ? Why is it the speeds hovering around 140 mbps range and also why uploads have less speeds like 130 averaging. Can u please do speedtest via a lan connection. What are the real world speeds be like downloads from youtube , gdrive etc,

@philip Yes 150Mbps plan. It’s well known that this is how Jio caps speeds, they never touch plan speeds, slightly lower. I also have BSNL 100Mbps plan which goes higher, speedtest results show 105-115Mbps. My laptop only has 100Mbps port so no use. Real world speeds are fine, I tested them yesterday with google drive, both upload and download

for the people who are commenting about higher speeds in BSNL FTTH than subscribed plan
I just wanted to let YOU Know that ISPS who use DSL service like BSNL,Airtel provides higher speeds than speed of YOUR Plan to compensate for the Over heads in DSL
although there FTTH connection is different
the authentication process is the same in this Case PPPOE
ISPS such as Hathway,YOUBroadband also provide higher speeds as there DOCSIS system is shared hence the speeds will bee slower in the peek Hours
ISPS who provide only FTTH Service Such as ACT Fibernet,Jiofiber gives little less speed as at there end they set the speed as per Your planned speed
due to overhead YOU will get Up to 5/6Mbps slower than YOUR subscribed speed
note: the over heads are grater in the case of DSL so they opt to provide with higher speed

@Anil But why so much overhead in ftth scenario. It can be understandable in case of dsl and coaxial as there many too many transmission losses . But why in the case of fiber. As fiber connections have very least attenuation losses among the other 2. It would be okay if it was in a margin of 1 to 2 mbps, but why is it in the range of 5 to 6 mbps. Also jio diamond plan with 300mbps where actual speeds hover around 285 mbps, 15 mbps loss. With 150 there is 7 to 8mbps loss. As speeds increase loss is also increasing alongwith it

@philip There are TCP overhead of about 5-10 Mbps for a 100mbps connection.
To compensate this loss many ISPs would over-provision the bandwidth i.e. setting 106-110mbps for a 100mbps connection.
It seems like Jio is not doing it, so we have lesser speeds.
But according to TRAI regulations ISPs need to provide atleast 80% of bandwidth to local ISP node.
So they getaway using this loopholes.

@Xposed There's a reset button at the back of the router. Press it with a pin for 20 seconds.
Change the SSID and password after resetting.

Login to the router settings. Go to Administration. In that go to Maintenance. Click the Default in front of 'Factory Default Settings'. Your router will reboot with default settings.
Or you can do as @MadAxe mentioned.

Do share some speed test results here.
Speed is fine with high ping and let me tell you guys.
Bluetooth does not work in STB. Netflix app not available if you dont have that diamond plan.
if you uninstall jio’s garbage apps then guess what ? It will auto install those apps
