This guide presents an introduction to some of the key<br />

features and benefits you will find on the <strong>PartyLite</strong> <strong>Consultant</strong><br />

<strong>Business</strong> <strong>Center</strong> (CBC) plus tools to help build your <strong>PartyLite</strong><br />

business. We suggest taking some time to explore<br />

on your own and ask your Leader for support.<br />

Let’s get started…<br />

YOUR <strong>CONSULTANT</strong> ID AND PIN<br />

■ You will receive an email from the Home Office with your <strong>Consultant</strong> ID number.<br />

■ Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last four digits of your Social<br />

Security number. We recommend you change your PIN. See below.<br />

■ Keep your <strong>Consultant</strong> ID and PIN confidential. Do not share it with anybody!<br />

Update Your Personal Information<br />

■ Go to my.partylite.com > My Information (left bar) > My Profile<br />

■ Update personal information, address and contact information<br />

■ Enter banking information so that you may participate in electronic check processing<br />

and/or direct deposit. (This is required to enroll in an e-business package.)<br />

■ Enroll in Stash Your Cash, the easy way to save throughout the year for National<br />

Conference<br />

■ Opt-in to the <strong>Consultant</strong> Locator so Customers can find you online<br />

Customize Your PIN<br />

■ Go to my.partylite.com > My Information > Change PIN.<br />

■ Your PIN is confidential and should not be shared.<br />

■ If you forget your PIN or are locked out of the system, call Customer Support at<br />

1-888-999-5706<br />

■ After three attempts of logging into the system unsuccessfully, you will be<br />

automatically locked out for 10 minutes. Further attempts could lock you out<br />

permanently from the system. Contact Customer Support.<br />

Placing Orders<br />

You’re excited about selling and it’s contagious.<br />

You’re ready to submit your first Party. Here’s what to do:<br />

To provide the best service to your Customers, submit orders promptly to avoid missed deadlines.<br />

■ We recommend that you close<br />

your Parties within five days.<br />

■ Sales count toward the month<br />

in which they are received at<br />

<strong>PartyLite</strong>.<br />

EXAMPLE<br />

You hold a Party on June 28<br />

You may submit the Party on July 2<br />

<strong>PartyLite</strong> honors the June specials.<br />

Your sales are counted in July<br />

■ Monthly Host and Guest Rewards<br />

are only valid in the month offered<br />

and must be submitted by the<br />

third day of the following month.<br />

■ Funds are held/withdrawn from<br />

your bank account immediately<br />

once an order is submitted online.<br />

■ Be certain there are sufficient<br />

funds in your account before<br />

submitting an order.<br />

■ Debit and credit cards charges<br />

are held upon authorization which<br />

occurs when the order is initially<br />

entered into the system. Cards<br />
