yesterday's testing worked just fine. today it won't load the toolkit and says it's their problem. sounds like someone underestimated the server load. seems like this has been a problem for a while based on previous notes. shouldn't this have been fixed by now, since College Board takes this "process" so "seriously"? what a joke. just go back to paper. loads every time.

Told me I forgot my user/password so I eventually got to resetting my password-went through all of that(the emailing process works...), and it told me again that I got something wrong upon attempting to log in again with my new password. Now it's just saying

The CSS Profile comes due at the same time every fall-- and yet the CB can't seem to manage enough resources to keep their website from crashing? Embarrassing. After a half-dozen attempts during the day to get past the high school screen I'm giving up for now. Cannot send scores.. I can sign in, view scores, locate previous score sends. However, when I try to send more, I ultimately get to a blank screen.

I tried to login to get my scores, but it just keeps redirecting me to the "secure your login" page - even though I have already done this. If I try to put my username and password in, it takes me right back to the main sign-in page. It seems to be caught in a redirect loop. VERY ANNOYING.

can anyone send their scores? choosing what scores to send takes me to a blank page, and reloading resets all the progress. very annoying.

I tried to log in to see my AP score for the latest test I took, but it's asking me to "secure my account" which I already did the last time I logged into the site. So I put my user and password into the boxes but it's telling me that I've already secured my account (which I know) and it takes me back to the original sign in page. This sucks. I just wanna see my score :(((

This is so annoying. I can't see my scores or if my scores were sent. All the website is doing is putting me on a login cycle, it will just keep asking me to sign in over and over.

Still broken. Let's be honest, collegeboard ain't doing anything till someone gets this to the media or we pay them to fix their system. I've had better luck using internet explorer than this crap lol

The website won't allow me to log into my account and takes me in a continuous circle of having me input my email and then telling me it migrated my account, and the link provided to log into the migrated account takes me back to the email login where it won't accept my login.

I tried to login a month ago and everything is fine and normal. Now I am trying to send my AP test scores to my college but when I log in it says that my account has been 'migrated and updated' so it sends me on this endless loop of entering my username and then my email. To make matters worse I used my school email and I no longer have access to it. I have been on hold for 20 minutes now and I am losing my mind. I have also sent messages to College Board asking for help and have not received any response. ALSO EVERY 60 SECONDS OF BEING ON HOLD I GET TOLD OF THEIR HIGH CALL VOLUME AND IT MAKES ME WANT TO SLAM MY HEAD INTO A WALL

If you have a VPN, like NordVPN , just turn that on, it fixed the "Sorry, our system's having trouble" thing for me!

In a loop trying to sign in...keeps sending me to screen saying "migrated account" and that it has been updated, takes me to another login page where I put in the email not username, then right back to the previous migrated account page and so on and so on and so on and so on.....
