I have a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with less than 5year's experience.
I want to go for Saudi Engineering Council but because of lack of exp. I can go just for Technician certification.
I search alot to choose type of technician having civil engineering degree.
Here're no valuable guidance to make decision.

There is no exist such as Saudi Engineering Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia take note on this.
But there is Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). You might be referring to this.
