What do you like best about SchoolMint Enroll?
It's a great product that meets the needs of my multi-campus schools. I love the ability to customize so many things to the needs of the various LEA's I work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SchoolMint Enroll?
Customer support is greatly lacking. They have a dedicated troubleshooting team that reponds quickly and can escalate if needed, but if I need specific 1:1 training with an account manager or need to work out details of my contract, it can take months. Turnover among my account reps has been high since SchoolMint took over from SmartChoice. This is the last communication I received in August from my "customer support rep": "Unfortunately, my day is filled with back to back client calls so finding a time to call is difficult." This was on August 9th when I was trying to finalize the details of our contract after receiving notice that the price rate tripled. I still havne't received a call from her or anyone else. They don't even give out their phone numbers. I won't be recommending SchoolMint to any more of my customers.
