Never have I had such quick and professional service from a financial institution. Customer service is amazing. There’s no wait to speak to a human and they know how to fix a problem in a matter of minutes, not to mention every person there is pleasant and helpful. CashnetUSA is quick to help those who don’t have perfect credit and they do so with dignity and helpful advice. I would recommend cash net to anyone and I intend to be a customer for a very long time. This company is no nonsense. Very quick to respond and very professional.

This service provides quick access to cash with a higher interest because it's intended to be short-term not too much unlike a payday loan and it shouldn't be used for long-term or it will be difficult to get paid down due to the interest. But this is exactly what I wanted. Access to Quick Cash for short-term use when I have a paycheck coming and I just can't cover something. It prevents me from getting an NSF fee not being able to pay a bill that comes through and then I can pay it off on payday so I don't end up with high interest to pay. I'm very satisfied with the product. The deduction of one star is only because the interest rate is so high but it's expected for this type of loan.

I was trying to find a work from home job so I could be here to help my Mom with Dementia & husband with a stroke, the company let go off all 32 of us in the training class with no notice. I have tried to find other but only find scams.. Ya'll have helped in time of need & for that I forever grateful. I'm working at a local grocery store but still trying to locate a work from home job, you would think that 35 years of customer service experience and open availability would help..but no luck so far. Very easy process and open and transparent. I really appreciate the option to do it all by online accessibility. Less hassle and quick funds. It was good to be able to peruse the entire contract without someone breathing down your neck. I will definitely share this experience with someone else. I didn’t get an option for the amount and that would have been a good option, too. For example if the max was $1500 there should be an option to take what you’re comfortable without to the $1500. This is always nice and will lend itself to even more customers who aren’t locked into a specific amount and feel they have options when needing to resort to such a loan.

I literally have a Chime, Sofi, Capital One, Kickoff, Credit Karma, Go2bank and Acorn. ALL in good standing. ALL WITH POSITIVE BALANCES but CashNetUSA will not deposit my loan in ANY OF THEM! I have had some of these accounts for 7 +YEARS. I used these to fix my credit & never had a need to go anywhere else. IT'S HONESTLY probably for the best because of the interest rates anyway.

I had a loan through them a year ago and paid it off. I am being told that my account is under review, for a year now, and no one can tell me why. I have tried calling several times only to be told that they can not provide any further information and that management escalation would only give the same results. Apparently there is not a single person within the company that can help me with this matter. Still have no further information and can not get a new loan with them.
