San Francisco State University has moved to Canvas

As of Fall 2023 all courses have moved to Canvas from iLearn. iLearn is no longer available.

iLearn began life on campus as a pilot in August 2004. In Fall 2007, the campus officially moved to iLearn from the previous learning management system, Blackboard. In 2021, California announced a plan for an intersegmental learning management system across all California higher education systems, including the CSU. The system chosen was Canvas. San Francisco State University started a pilot in Summer 2022, with all courses moved over in Fall 2023.
