ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & GETTING STARTED:

To get started, click here and register for an account.

Restrictions: You may not use a Gmail address that contains a DOT in the name, as these accounts are usually affiliated with known spam databases. An example of what NOT to use when registering: [email protected] – If you want to learn more about GMAIL and DOTS within emails, read here.
  1. After clicking the link above, SCROLL DOWN and agree to the terms of use.
  2. Next, fill out the registration information. Use a valid email address and a password that you will remember.
  3. Finally, check your email and click the link sent to you, to activate your account.

ACTIVATION

After you are registered, check your email and verify your account. You must use a valid email address.

If you are having trouble with your account DO NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE BEFORE JOINING DISCORD AND ASKING FOR SUPPORT FIRST, THIS WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM USING IT INDEFINITELY. WE WILL HELP YOU GET STARTED.

If you are still unhappy after receiving support from our team, then feel free to leave any review you’d like. Automatically leaving a bad review without requesting help will get you permanently banned for life from using the Alliance Shield.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ACTIVATION EMAIL

  1. Option A: Check your SPAM folder. Our emails use GMAIL servers, but sometimes they are marked as spam. You can also use your search box and look for emails from AllianceX.
  2. Option B: Join our Discord server using the red “Live Support” button at the bottom of every page. Navigate to the #shield-support channel and read the post. After reading, select the SHIELD reaction icon at the bottom, and a ticket will automatically open for you. A Support member will respond when they are available.
  3. Option C: Search for Android Alliance on Facebook. We have both a Facebook PageFacebook Group to ask for help.
  4. Option D: Send an email to our support team at [email protected]
