Visit https://uc.usu.edu, download the installer, and run the downloaded file.
Mitel Connect Login Settings
- Username and Password
- Username: Anumber (A12345678) or USU email (first.last@usu.edu or anumber@usu.edu)
- Password: (enter your USU Strong password)
*Note: If the account was set up as a departmental phone rather than individual, enter that username and the default password: changeme. If you have questions about your username and password for a departmental or individual phone line, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
- Click Show Advanced
- Server: uc.usu.edu
*If working off-campus, you must be connected to the USU VPN to log into Mitel Connect
Features
Mitel Connect offers a set of productivity tools for better voice communication whether you are a standard user, an operator, whether you are working from home, on the road, or on campus.
Mitel Connect will allow you to:
- Quickly change Availability States (formerly Call Handling Modes) and customize greetings
- Optimize the way you make calls with the intuitive call control buttons so you may handle multiple calls faster and more efficiently
- The Recent feature shows a history of placed, received, and missed calls. Right click an entry for more options, such as saving to contacts
- Catalog and listen to your voicemails with the integrated Voicemail player
- Dial directly from the Global directory or your Personal Address Book
To request a new phone, cancel your service, change the name on a display, submit a trouble ticket, and more, please visit the Information Technology Service Catalog and select Telephone Services.
