I wanted to freeze ad and got through to the lovely Shannen in Manchester straight away no holding nonsense, no pressing this and that button. BOOM all done no worries

"What made my experience great was the company's approach to advertising. They didn't add stress by pushing for money to advertise on their website, which can be a big concern when trying to make ends meet. Additionally, their customer service was very pleasant. Overall, I've had positive experiences both now and in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family."

Very useful, Can't fault!

I can’t recommend Spare Room highly enough. I set up my ad and within hours had my first enquiry.
Spare room is easy to use, does not cost a fortune, support staff are great.
Within hours of placing my ad I had people enquiring about my room. Within one week I found my ideal lodger and he is now living here.
Spare Room is just awesome.

Zane was very patient as for some reason I was unable to upload my ad. He very kindly helped me to do this understanding when I lost my ad two times in your system. He was very kind and helping me to understand what I needed to do without making me feel stupid.

A honest straight upfront site, No gimmicks, and it works.
Messages are forwarded immediately without delay. Only drawback is wanting a premium payment for immediate replies to adverts less than 7 days old.

Lots of interest but the rent was cheap. Three things annoyed me though. First was a renter trying to offer me £200 LESS a month for the room. Where in London are you going to find a room for £500. Second was people responding with just a brief sentence eg can I see room.... or Hi. Just one word. Third. Room advertised as for one person and couples responding.

Not good anymore like before. A lot of fake advert and when i report it they say we can not do anything this is just a platform for advert so anyone can advert what they want and also can do fake advert. in last 1 month out of 20 13 of them are fake when you call them they dont exist or not available or unusual excuses.
