REGISTERING FOR SPRINT ONLINE SERVICES
If you’ve never used the Sprint online account center you will probably have to register before you can take advantage of their online services. Registration is easy if you follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Sprint login page
- Click on the “Create my profile” button on the left side of the page

- On the next page, enter your phone number
- Click the “Next” button under the space where you entered your phone number

- Create your login credentials
- Choose what kind of online account you want to create
- Follow any further instructions provided by the website.
SPRINT BILL PAYMENT ONLINE
Once you’ve registered for Sprint online services you can pay your bills online easily by completing the steps listed below:
- Go back to the Sprint login page
- Sign into your account using the login box in the center of the page

- Click on the “My Sprint” tab on the left side of the page
- Find and click on the “View and pay bill” link that appears
- If you have multiple services with Sprint choose which bill you want to pay
- Choose how you want to pay your bill — credit, debit and bank transfer are all supported
- Enter the appropriate payment information
- Review your payment information & submit the payment if everything is correct.
EXPRESS SPRINT BILL PAYMENT
You can pay your bills without being registered. Just follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Sprint Express Payment page
- Enter your phone number or account number
- Add the amount you want to pay

- Type in your name
- Enter the number of your card, its expiration date, and the security code
- Add your ZIP code
- You may also enter an email address to receive a receipt
- Confirm that you are not a robot
- Click on the yellow “Submit Payment” button

OTHER SPRINT BILL PAYMENT METHODS
Sprint understands that sometimes it’s simply not possible to pay online, so they offer their customers a range of payment options. You can find instructions for each payment method below.
PAY BY PHONE
- Make sure you have your preferred method of payment on hand
- Dial *3 from your Sprint phone
- Follow any instructions provided by the automated system.
PAY BY MAIL
- Write a check or money order for the appropriate amount
- Stuff your payment in the payment envelope that came with your most recent bill and send it out
- If you do not have the payment envelope from your latest bill, send your payment to the following address:

- Use the Sprint store locator to find a location near you
- Bring your most recent bill and your preferred method of payment to the nearest location
