Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.
Network Service Provider means an intermediary;
Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15
Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;
Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).
Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.
Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.
