REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I've been emailing for weeks now with noone replying at all. I've messaged Facebook but still noone is replying. I withdrew my winnings and they still haven't gone into my account yet!!

Most of the reviews on here I can relate too. It is the same winners every day that win the biggest house amounts. Also it is totally mind boggling how newbies to the site win repeatedly. If you dare to post your frustrations over it being the same winners the CM’s immediately jump down your throat saying please keep the chat positive, some players do get away with saying what they want though and are never questioned over it, it’s as if they don’t want you high lighting the obvious that the same winning names pop up repeatedly every day. I have been on other sites and CM’s never pull you on negative comments, this site is like none I have ever been on for trying to make out everyone is happy about losing.

Just joined last night deposited £10 played the bingo and on my 4th game won £514. Read reviews on here afterwards and thought oh no sounds like a scam. I thought I'll wait and see if money goes into my account and this morning it has, so I'm very happy with them. Haven't played any other games though.

I registered as a new player went through the verification process driving licence and proof of address. Deposited £10 and spent it was supposed to receive £50 bonus never received it so sent an email to support explaining never replied or acknowledged my email. Have sent another 2 emails no acknowledgement or replies but have had emails encouraging me to deposit more money would avoid this site completely total scam.

Loved this site before lockdown. Then site went offline. Just come back up so I deposited money to play again. I can see the games are playing but I cannot buy tickets. Keep getting "Server unavailable. Purchase failed." Sent 2 emails to customer service. No response. Have asked to withdraw my deposit.

After reading the reviews left by others I agree with some comments. The same winners do win the big money several times a day. If you complain in chat about it you suddenly get a token win which then makes you think what’s going on. They just changed all the wonderful CM’s which was a big mistake as the CM’s were extremely popular. If I had to sum up this site it would be the best thing is the people who play in the Scratch room, if you want a friendship group who will listen and help through good times and bad, 100% you get it daily. Downside if your name don’t fit you will never win anything worthwhile so don’t bother playing because you will never get lucky. I have my doubts about this site but I look on it as a bit of fun and better then a takeaway for the same money. Basically you are throwing your money down the pan just where your takeaway ends up. Just adding an update (01/11/12) to my review. So the new CM’s they hired are actually lovely and are doing an amazing job, so credit to them. I’m in no doubt they will continue to do a great job in making the roomies welcome.

My mum plays takeabreak bingo everyday usually but a few weeks ago signed in & it’s shut for maintenance....she was able to withdraw most of her funds but it’s still down for maintenance...does anyone know what’s happening with this bingo site?

Take a break bingo recently reopened in October, so I deposited to play as I loved playing on there before the site maintenance issue, straight away I could not purchase games, it came up with a message saying bet failed no response from customer services about the issue..So I withdrew my deposit this was on the 20/10/21 ( I received an E-Mail acknowleging this ) I've STILL not received my money back and it is now 29/11/2021.. I've E-Mailed the support team numerous times with no responses back. Awful customer service. Will be closing my account once I receive my money back! Doubting if I will ever receive it back to be perfectly honest.

Absolute agree with the review from Flint below .. have done a few deposits to play bingo and maybe had one win of about £1.25 but same winners every day winning game after game . I also find this on all other bingo sites , always seems to be the same winners over and over so don’t waste your money , they say its random but I don’t think so just feels like someone is picked and they win it all

I Deposited €800 and tried to tell the Admin on the bingo site i was a problem gambler and would probably sell my own Grandma for a go at gambling, Yay it fell on deaf eardrums, so i decided to try my luck on the slot machine called WACKY PANDA, with a name like that i was bound to win, so i thought, after 15 minutes all my funds had been absorbed by the Wackiest Panda i have ever seen. i hope i can get all my money back off them because i lost.

I joined take a break bingo and deposited £40 for some reason an error message appeared when I tried to play, so I withdrew my money as was unable to play with it. I received an email as take a break requested verification. I am aware of this process so I submitted my documents, 48 hours later i had an email from them stating the infomation I provided was later declined. I then sent more information in this was declined also.
long story short it took over a week for them to accept my documentation. I did successfully got my money back...fast forward a few days later I thought now my account it verified I will try £20, the same thing happened again an error message appeared so I couldn't play, live chat was univaliable, their is no contact number for this company....so I requested my money back. Guess what they want verification again. I now have to wait up to 72 hours for a response as I stated in the email my verification was verified. Stay away as this site is a joke.
