I was looking for the crate subscription and got the magazine instead. I subscribed 02/23 and wanted to know if my subscription to the crate delivery was done for the year as I want to continue it in 2024. Thank you.

How Good is Taste Of Home's Customer Service?

This was my third time that I had requested Taste of Home to not send me books that I had not ordered. I get Taste of Homes magazines as requested. If unsolicited books appear in my mail in the future, I will cancel my magazine subscription. I will call customer service again, cancel again and ask for a higher level of supervision to get this service stopped. This is annoying!!!
