Ahead of the holiday season, branches across the country conduct winter clothing drives. It is a common occurrence for individual branches to note community needs and step up by organizing food pantries and other service initiatives. Service is ingrained in the culture of CoWorx. Each year, CoWorx employees are encouraged to give back to their community in observance of the company’s Janet & Stanley Kane Memorial Day of Giving. Previous activities have included volunteering at a local food bank and working with the Salvation Army to give gifts to the children of families in need.
