I'm grateful that Kiera Hill assisted me in my concern regarding the course material access extension.
I rated her 7 for her service because of her swift/timely response, hospitable tone and extra mile service.
To begin with, I emailed her last night about extending the deadline given my birthday month and the impracticality of completing the course by May 9 due to surprise high-value priorities. Immediately upon raising my ticket, I received her cheerful response that night as well. Then we began our correspondence.
Second, she was thoughtful in factoring my birthday month plus my top-priority targets. Her written responses reflected her sincerity, wholeheartedness, thoughtfulness and hospitality.
Third, I felt she exceeded my expectations. I only requested an extension for my elearning course from May 9 to May 19. Instead, she added 30 days! (June 6, 2024) That's more than enough time so I don't have an excuse anymore why I won't be able to complete it. Of course, that's still to consider other surprise priorities that may come along the way; hence, that's a great help!
To summarize, I gave Kiera a 7 because she responded quickly, exuded an accommodating tone and went above & beyond my expectations.
