My experience with course was quite enjoyable; the course outline was quite explicit and straight to point.
The course lecturer( Tanya) was very apt in explaining the course and her teaching method is very apt and self explanatory. Thank you Tanya for making me enjoy a course I thought was very difficult. Thank you KA.

I registered for a level 5 cmi diploma last November (had a very hard sell). Then when I got access to the course materials I found out that they hadn't actually written the course. At first they replied to my emails asked about this and said they were working on the course materials. Since Christmas I have raised numerous tickets and asked for calls to see when it would be available or to get a refund, but have had no reply.

Try to avoid unless you want to lose your money!

Overall the training sessions are good. But, can be in more detail. In Labs sessions step by step guide is good and everything is predefined. But again number of exercises can be increased. Its better if notes / course material is given.

The exam was easy to book through Knowldge Academy and Dipti was my invigilator. Dipti explained everything really simply and clearly so it was easy to understand for me. The whole precess was actually really good! Would recommend.

Great comprehensive session with Ms. Taniya every detailed was explained with real life examples to help relate the course to our field of work.

The study material and the virtual classroom were excellent. The explanation provided in virtual classroom helped immensely in the second part.

Throughout the whole journey Mr.Ashid provided wonderful support and guided me through the process.

I also had wonderful experience with Ms.Jasmeen in terms of issue resolution.

I found this course extremely useful and valuable. It covered all the topics I expected and CA Alok Sethi was a thorough trainer who has a wealth of knowledge and was happy to share and discuss the course content in practical ways. He made sure everything was understood and used practical and relevant examples. I would highly recommend The Knowledge Academy and CA Alok Sethi to all looking to increase their knowledge on Cash Flow.

I whole heartedly convey my warm regards for The Knowledge Academy (TKA) team, specially Mr. Saurabh, who helped me understand the process to enroll for the CISSP voucher and I was explained the entire process from Voucher purchase upto booking the exam. Such hand-holding helped me a lot. Sincere thanx again to Mr. Saurabh and TKA team for easing out my exam booking processes. I cleared my CISSP exam on 25 Feb 24.

The trainer was well organized and clear in delivering the material. He had gave great examples throughout the course. However, the course period was too short compared to the material. This course would be more valuable if it has been delivered within 2 weeks minimum.
In addition, the course location and time was not accurate. I have received an email mentioning another location and time.

The service delivered by the knowledge academy is actually quite good. Starting from them helping you enroll on the course, the course content is very rich, and after course services.

I had an issue where i could not take the exams because of constant travel and the deadline for taking the exam was fast approaching. One of the representatives named Damini helped me so well in extending my course, I didnt know if they would actually do it but I’m glad they did because i am a very satisfied customer

i attended the health and safety at workplace course with Dr Ashish Ved was very very explicit with his lectures and he will repeat and ask if we have questions.
He was excellent throughout the course

Really friendly invigilator for the exam - thanks for assistance!
However, not ideal being asked to provide feedback here whilst still in the exam session and on screen share. Feel like this may skew results being shown on this page.

Disappointed in the quality of the e-learning material/course compared to previous courses I've taken with Knowledge Academy - slide deck read out by AI generated voice, with no contextual examples or narration around anything other than text on screen. Process for booking exam wasn't clear, but team were quick to reply to support tickets.

I'm grateful that Kiera Hill assisted me in my concern regarding the course material access extension.

I rated her 7 for her service because of her swift/timely response, hospitable tone and extra mile service.

To begin with, I emailed her last night about extending the deadline given my birthday month and the impracticality of completing the course by May 9 due to surprise high-value priorities. Immediately upon raising my ticket, I received her cheerful response that night as well. Then we began our correspondence.

Second, she was thoughtful in factoring my birthday month plus my top-priority targets. Her written responses reflected her sincerity, wholeheartedness, thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Third, I felt she exceeded my expectations. I only requested an extension for my elearning course from May 9 to May 19. Instead, she added 30 days! (June 6, 2024) That's more than enough time so I don't have an excuse anymore why I won't be able to complete it. Of course, that's still to consider other surprise priorities that may come along the way; hence, that's a great help!

To summarize, I gave Kiera a 7 because she responded quickly, exuded an accommodating tone and went above & beyond my expectations.

The Trainer Alok Sethi is a great professional in this subject and he knows how to communicate very well, clear and understandable. He also is very patience when you ask twice for the same question and kind.
You can feel he is an expert on this matter.
