This used to be a great survey site..

This use to be a great survey app I used to be able to claims rewards easily to my PayPal account then they changed the system in collecting your rewards.
You now have to enter a code sent to your email but when i put the code it doesn't do anything and it is impossible for me to claim my reward now!
It seems it no longer supports claiming rewards on your phone or tablet apparently only a PC/laptop, well I don't own either of these things.
They can't seem to give me what they owe me, I'm not impressed with this survey app anymore.

Customer care is very irresponsible

Customer care is very irresponsible, I have case that voucher is not working, more than months but no solution from toluna team.

I contacted vendor as per your suggestion, but your vendor is also not responding, giving only time they will come back, no proper solution yet either from toluna or that vendor.

PAst few months I always have to notify…

PAst few months I always have to notify them to get reward. Can't login, reset password, nada. Can't get AI to work or contact them about their site being messed up, glitching. Clearing cache, etc doesn't work so I know it's not on my end.

My experience with toluna is great.

My experience with Toluna has been quite positive overall. I've enjoyed answering surveys on a wide range of topics and sharing my opinions with various companies and organizations. The interface is user-friendly, and I appreciate the variety of surveys available. The reward system is fair, and I've been able to redeem points for gift cards and other items. Overall, my experience with Toluna has been rewarding, and I plan to continue participating in surveys on the platform.

I enjoy surveys, when I have the time to do them. You always have some interesting ones to do. The rewards are just a nice side benefit.

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. As soon as you start to earn good points for completing surveys they will block you’re account and state you have violated there terms & conditions. At no point did I lie in any survey.

like if got many survey to do.

like if got many survey to do.. dislike because always no survey availabale. and dislike because somteimes had doing the survey but at the end, it says not eligible, e\wasting time.

Thumbs down

They have a system where if you didn't use your points for some time then they remove it. Why would you take away my earned points? Also, when I tried to redeem gift cards to the most popular merchants like Amazon and Walmart, it's been out of stock for months. Honestly don't think this company is worth your time. Also, customer service is awful.

I really like answering survey…

I really like answering survey questions but always disappointed every time they say sorry and informed that they were looking for a different profile. Hope to give me more surveys that fit my qualifications because I'm really enjoying answering questions and at the same time I'm learning. Thank you and more power!

Well designed survey

The survey questionaires are simple and in plain language. Easy to understand. No ambiguities. The reward system is also attractive.
