I feel robbed please fix this and I'll remove this

I'm surprised to see anyone use this app. I received a pop-up offering me $30 or maybe $20 back on my order so I signed up. I never received the cash back from Mercari or your site. When I messaged your site they told me that I'd get the cash back on Mercari, but Mercari said they have no idea what your offer is about. I waited with you as long as I could but you charged me once, gave no cash back then we're about to charge me again and I wasn't going to pay you 2x before you fulfilled your promise.

You still owe me the $20 or $30. If you are not a scam please respond and send it.

It is all in the name! Top cash back! You cannot go wrong with this app. It simply saves you the MOST money. That is the goal, and it performs that well. I highly recommend using this app.

I haven't had a any issues with TopCashback tracking an order or cashing out. ACH cashout transfers have been fast and easy.

Punished for a Legit Transaction—Shocking Treatment

I made a large transaction expecting my cashback, only to find my TopCashback account suspended without warning. After multiple emails, I was finally asked for an invoice—which I promptly supplied. They thanked me... then turned around and accused me of creating a second account, which I absolutely did not do. This unfounded suspicion caused me to lose $750 in cashback.
The entire process was opaque and frustrating. Instead of transparency or real support, I got delays and assumptions. A simple conversation could have resolved this, but it cost me trust—and a lot of money.
