Wow i received sq8 mini camera for $40 and it took awhile to understand why it was not working a tech had opened it and said its not even connected correctly for it to function there was no motherboard nor any wires if i can just show u a photo of this u be shocked. There is NOTHING INSIDE BUT A SMALL box thats it.

While many of the products have been quite unique, likewise some have been a waste of time to bid on. Some products bid on never arrive, some products arrive damaged and some do not portray what the shipper depicted during the sale. Tophatter has shown a great deal of professionalism on their site by protecting their buyers from fraud products and purchases.

Most of the time my experience is great Toohatter is very addictive but I'm still waiting on the very first thing I bet on and won.66 ft of Christmas lights for our tree well Christmas has passed and I'm still waiting.The last thing they sent me was they have me back and if I don't receive it by January 21 they will contact me it was supposed to arrive December 16 I feel like I have waited long enough.

I like Tophatter itself. It’s the sellers you have to watch out for because some of the stuff they send is very cheap & looks nothing like the photo of what we are looking to buy. Sometimes it doesn’t come at all or it’s broken. So that’s the pros & cons about buying online. I just like the fact Tophatter is respectful to their clients by backing us on these purchases. I’ve had to request to return in the past & Tophatter gave me no hassle what so ever so I do refer then to my family & friends (plus).

If your on a budget this is the place to shop. Some quality items and some not so much. Buyer beware. I've bought some nice things and I'm satisfied most of the time. Tophatter has decent customer service they respond pretty quick but they do make you wait a while to see if you receive the item before they issue you a refund. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experience with them.

I'd give 3.5 but I can't so I gave 4 stars instead of 5 Just because of the amount of the sellers who either do not honor the sale or send a cheap replica instead of the original product, add to all that the very long shipping process for most of the orders...
About Tophatter itself is interesting and the customer service are awesome...

I've used tophatter a few times now to purchase things. I found the auctions we're very quick and satisfying and that I got things for a very low price. The products came within a reasonable amount of time and within the disclosed amount of time. Overall I was quite happy with the experience and I will use them again definitely.

So far my experience on tophater had been very positive. Customer service is good about helping you when they can if a problem arises. Most items seem to ship pretty quickly. I would give a 5 stars rating but my very first order was cancelled by the seller due to not having enough inventory. I feel like tophater should have stopped the auction as inventory was low or the seller should have cancelled the auction and not continue to sell the product and then wait over a week to notify me and issue a refund. That was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Other than that I love shopping on Tophater

It is always fun to bid and acquire points. Also, if items are damaged, etc you can trust Tophatter to honour their policy by refunding you the money.
You lose nothing by trying Tophatter and you will find some great deals!

Usually Tophatter is very good about returning items when they aren't up to pare. Some items of clothing run smaller in size. But Tophatter stands behind their customers.

Unfortunately, TopHatter.com revealed itself to be the scam that I had warned that it was. They simply dissolved and stranded buyers to resolve issues only via direct actual merchant interaction or via credit card dispute. With these types of sites, NEVER use a debit card. Please only use a zero fraud liability CREDIT card if you attempt to bargain on these types of sites. I really hope everyone was able to recover their monies.

My experience was.not so great at first but then she when a smart watch I WOn and paid for they totally verified the address were the watch waz delivered to which was Im California and my address is In Virginia yea big difference but they gave me a, full refund and sent me an Apology email so I'm grateful to them

I have been a member of Tophatter for almost 4 years now. They have always been easy to deal with. They also offer a wide variety of items which you can get at prices cheaper than at other auction sites. If you haven't joined them yet, you are missing out.

The only problem I have is when an item is ordered, then takes over a month waiting for delivery then the item is never received. Yes you get a refund, however you missed the opportunity to get the desired item at the auctioned price.
