App no longer useful
Signed me out of the app when updated to the PAY version. It's no longer useful. I loved the app but now will just delete it. I will just go somewhere else. I felt it was accurate and offered more than 3 free readings. Everything is costing more and the last place i have money to spend is on subscriptions. So disappointing

The new popup that comes up for every reading often sticks and I'm unable to click continue or the x top right. App used to be allot better they need to get rid of that message before every reading.

FROZE MY SCREEN MALWARE!!! Download with caution y'all. App development, fix your bugs. Then ask me to try again, I probably won't. I am an avid purchaser of all applications regarding astrology, tarot and spirituality so I truly was bummed out.

It's a really good app, and it does help a lot, but whenever I wanna unlock a reading with an ad. It gives me the ad, and then it won't give me the actual reading like it won't let me click on anything

Fake Reviews & Awful Updates
I left a review for Trusted Tarot earlier this year after their ghastly update. Gave it another chance, another download. Still ugly, still not user friendly. And what do you know, my original review is ALSO gone! Funny how that works, isn't it? They say “for entertainment purposes only” and they are right. This app is a clown show. Trusted Tarot used to be so good. When they updated in the new year they really killed a very good thing. Now it looks like it's designed for a 12 year old or as a gag. The Claire's of Tarot Apps. A lot of us expressed how disappointed we were when the app update came out and the way Trusted Tarot responded was so unbelievably egoic. “I'm sorry you feel that way” in response to a review is not appropriate. And surprisingly, we have a pile full of 5 Star Reviews here recently that seem planted and AI-generated. I gave this app another chance and that was a mistake. I don't think the developers can take feedback very well, it's almost as if it's personal to them if people don't like the update. Give us classic or take it off the App Store already!

I was charged $9.99 for the subscription for this app and they still won't update the app showing I have a paid subscription. I have emailed support for the app several times and they never respond. They responded once and didn't address that I was charged or anything I was asking help for instead they explained to me how to cancel the subscription. I know how to cancel it I was asking for them to either refund me for charging me for the subscription or to fix my account showing I have paid it

My name is not valid for this app.
I was excited to try out the Trusted Tarot app, but I was immediately disappointed when I was unable to enter my name. The app only accepts "real" names, and my name was not recognised. My name is real and valid. Not an English name but does it make NOT A VALID NAME ?This is incredibly exclusionary!
