When contacting the Help desk concerning passwords, manual password resets with providing a new password is no longer permissible. Current support is only informational. Agents will advise End Users to self administrate password resets using the password support tools available online.
Beginning August, The Password Security Challenge Questions will be removed from the password recovery tool located at https://password.volvo.com/. Passwords can still be recovered using a registered email address. If you are unaware of the email address associated with your account, please contact DSC Support Desk (IT Help Desk).
Forgot Your Password or Need to Change it?
Forgot Password
Send a link to the registered email address to reset your password.
- Passwords CANNOT be reused when resetting account.
- Your password must have a minimum length of 8 characters.
- Your password must contain Upper, Lowercase letter and Number or Special Character.
- Your password cannot not contain your User ID, First or Last Name
Change Password
Passwords will expire every 14 months.
- Passwords CANNOT be reused when resetting account.
