High deductible, but low monthly rate.

Not enough for the amount of stress and not a fair system

not good as it does not complement social security.

The bonus was why you justified all the extra hours and this last round, the powers that he felt a 40% cut across the board was a good idea.

Retirement is great. After you retire your spouse will draw one half of your retirement amount on top of yours.

Company stopped pension for new employees, but 401K match is much better for those not on the pension. Vacation days are less than most other companies now offer. Good medical and dental benefits.

Holiday Pay is Double-Time and a Half. However, You have to have A lot of years of Seniority Service inorder to Secure a Spot on that Holiday to-Make-that-Big Money. Example: You have a 200 mile train-run that normally takes 8hrs or Less, depending. You get 1-dollar per mile diem along with your rate of pay. That all adds up to Double-Time & a-half Holiday Pay. You-Just-Cant-Beat That Kind of Benefits, Plus Company Paid Hotel Rooms during your Layover Rest-Time with Shuttle Bus back & forth from hotel to Yard. And Meals. You Can't Beat it.
