What sets Venus Factor apart from other things that claim to be able to burn fat? Well, Venus Factor is much healthier than those things in question combined. The program helps me to set a realistic expectation. As many may have guessed, most products out there start with a premise—and a promise—that they can get rid of my fat fast. This is nonsense. Venus Factor, on the other hand, teaches you to start your weight loss program not by thinking that the fat will disappear in an instant. And that over there, my friend, is the key to achieving your goal is the best possible way.

The Venus Factor System works in different phases. The creator of the Venus Factor highlighted a major flaw that causes the women to gain extra weight. The Leptin hormone is the major factor that causes the body to become over-weight. It is Leptin, which controls the amount of fat stored in the female body.

If you are able to control Leptin and its sensitivity in blood, you can definitely lose weight by burning fat. As women get older, their bodies become chubbier after having children and they lose their leptin sensitivity. To put it in different words, their bodies become more resistant to leptin naturally. This leads towards fat storage instead of burning it.

I have had this book for half a year. I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and this summer I was feeling as if I had one foot in the grave. I had already stopped eating sugar and gluten and that always improves my health, but I was still feeling awful. I picked up this book as a last resort and said what do I have to lose. There are 5 things you have to do. 1. Eat protein at breakfast. 2. Wait 5 hours between meals. 3. Don't eat between meals. 4. Wait 3 hours after eating before going to bed. 5. Cut down on carbs. Most people aren't willing to make such a commitment, but when you feel as badly as I did, you will try anything. At first it is hard not to eat between meals, but after a while you get use to it. If I am hungry, I just drink some water. In the 2 months that I have been following this book, I have lost 10 pounds, and an inch of belly fat. I feel so much better. Don't ache as much. I use to have to lay down by noon and not get up until the next day, but now I can remain up until 5PM, which is a great improvement from being up for 5 hours to being up for 10. I figure it will probably take 10 months to loose the weight I want to, but as I improve I'll probably be even more active and can step up my exercise a bit so the weight will start to come off quicker. I found this book to be a life saver.

This program has become very popular lately especially amongst women. The reason being is that women and men lose weight differently as our bodies respond very differently to a hormone called Leptin. Women produce 3 times more Leptin than men but are also less responsive to this fat burning hormone signals making it difficult to lose weight.

This system introduced a process known as “metabolism override” that resets the leptin levels and maintains the metabolism. Thus it put the body back on the fat burning track without affecting your body rhythm.

However, the pressure to conform to specific body proportions felt constraining, challenging my sense of body acceptance. I am a 30-year-old woman with two children and my weight is quite high in proportion to my height. After the kids, I tried many weight training programs and went to the gym for months to reduce my weight. But the result was a weight loss for a few weeks and then back to its former size and shape. It was quite irritating for me as there was no solution to permanently lose weight. I found out about The Venus Factor through a friend. She was my age too but weighed more than me.
But suddenly I saw a huge change in her as she regained her body shape. I asked him about the secret and he told me about the Venus Factor weight loss program. When I heard about this program, it sounded completely different from other weight training programs. I started reading it and after analyzing and understanding the concept, I practiced the workouts and tried almost everything that is given in that program. I followed all the training manuals that covered almost every part of the exercise. And here I am after 2 months with the right body shape and a fit mind.
