Claim my payment was not made when the…

Claim my payment was not made when the money was never taken from my account. It is always reversed but not from my bank. It takes 14 days to post then they claim my bank denied the payment even though my bank says it was never taken out. The only way to make a payment is to speak to someone who hardly speaks English. Would not recommend

DEBBIE is an angel

DEBBIE is an angel. She walked me through how to get Verve paid off, back in good standing, so when I'm back on my feet I can reapply. She listened, understood my predicament that's caused this unfortunate loan I'm in causing all my payments trouble, she assisted moving my due date which will allow me to get this balance to 0.00 asap. So thank you for understanding, helpful, knowledgeable staff! Thanks Debbie&Verve!

i spoke 2 separate times to…

i spoke 2 separate times to representatives that were overseas. They did not document the arrangement that I made. I continue to get more emails and more phone calls today Tuesday, April 9 I received a call and answered and spoke with a lovely gentleman who spent much time with me and helped me get everything straightened out, and I made the past due payment with him immediately I was under the understanding that my account was set up to be an automatic withdrawal, but I was mistaken.

I had my personal checking account…

I had my personal checking account hacked TWICE IN UNDER 40 days by low life trashy scum. This put me two months behind. When I called Verve to settle up I began by telling the RUDE AND DISMISSIVE too young for the job woman I had POLICE REPORT numbers to give them, she declined to take down the information for my file. I asked for a manager and she refused to send and route my call thru to the appropriate supervisor. Trash Customer Service.

Missed February Payment

As I totally missed getting my February payment on time. I called and spoke with a young man who I could actually understand and whom has a very visual but professional phone manners. Very helpful he was!

The first person I talked with was very hard to understand and my problem didn't get resolved. I called back later and the person I talked to the second time was very easy to understand and very knowledgeable and my problem was resolved quickly and professionally!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

the customer service rep was very patient and very thorough he listened and wasn't in a rush to end the call.
if he is not a lead or manager then he needs to be and he also needs a raise

I was able to reach customer service with less than a 10 second hold, compared to other times of the day...my concerns were addressed in less than 15 minutes in two different departments by two knowledgeable and understanding representatives....Thank you!

Love this company and the customer service rep that helped me solve my request.

Hi,
I’ve been a customer since Jan or Feb. Today I called in for help. The customer service rep was superb. He was patient and spoke at an ideal pace like we were familiar with one another. This makes me feel like family. I explained my circumstances and he was compassionate and he said “I’m sorry,” more than once (so sweet). It’s a unique experience when you can call and not feel like a burden or misunderstood. Thank you Verve for being a breath of fresh air and peacefulness. I’m a happy customer.

What a pleasure!!!

Other credit card companies can definitely take a lesson from Verve. Their customer service team handled my fraud alert with caring, respect and professionalism. They were thorough, but without making me feel like a criminal. And, they explained how and why it happened, and how to avoid it from happening in the future. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service!!!
