You cant just login using the non steam version

Download launcher from the official website

you can only use a single account on steam, if you need to switch it contact the customer service as nexon they can change it for you.

OP ignore the other unknowing people in here. You can login using a different account and you don't even need to re-download the game. Go into your steam apps/common, etc and find your Vindictus folder. all you have to do is launch the game directly from the folder and then you can login using whatever login you wish to use.

Hell you can even launch the game this way with steam cut off if you desire :) So just do that instead of going through all the trouble of re-downloading it. That said you'll still need to connect to steam to update the game, even using this method as steam acts as the game's update and launcher. This just bypasses it.

I cant find that folder anywhere. Ive looked though my downloads, documents, etc...

That folder specifically is a subdirectory of steam, which should be under programs. Unless you installed it elsewhere. Full path should look something like
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Vindictus\
