Go to https://vk.com in your preferred web browser. You can use any browser on your computer, phone, or tablet. This will open VK's welcome page.

Fill out the signup form. You can create an account in one of two ways: Using your name and phone number or using your Facebook account. Fill out the form under the "First time on VK?" header either way, and then click Continue registration to use your name or Facebook to use Facebook.

Enter your mobile phone number. Your phone number is required for account verification. Select your country code from the "Country" section, type your phone number (without the country code) in the box, and then click Get code to receive the verification code via text message.[1]
