I noticed that the Chase Bank in Doylestown, PA currently has a low score/star rating. I opened an account following my fiancee's advice to use them for my new small business. Since day one, I noticed an immediate change. The Manager (Riaz) is engaged, very pleasant to deal with, and recently helped me manage an issue I had been struggling with - literally in minutes. I feel valued as a client. The staff is warm and friendly, helpful and ready whenever I need something. I've now moved my personal banking here as well. Based on customer service alone. Enjoy the experience.

I currently have a basic checking account with Chase for a few years now and I recently had an issue where my account was frozen. Having reservations with having to go into a branch— the 2 Journal Square Branch was an overall GREAT experience. It was busy, due to the date, BUT very well organized. The wait time was very brief and the Branch Manager, Brulio **, and Bank Associate, Enrique **, were very knowledgeable and very helpful in sorting out my banking account issue. I was having major reservations with the entire ordeal and wanted to switch banks due to the issue BUT these two gentleman eased my concerns and I feel comfort knowing that I can come here and receive great in person service. There was clarity with the regulations, empathy and I didn't feel rushed and that they really cared in taking their time to clear things up. Trust your money will be safe with this branch. Loyal customer.

On 10.09.2023 I went to open an account at the branch of Chase Bank 4225 E Towne Blvd, 01 Madison, Wisconsin 53704. Mrs. ** was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions without getting bored and helped in many matters. I have never met such a helpful employee in any bank before. I wanted to thank him again from here.

Today, I dropped by the Chase office on SE 14th st in Des Moines, to get some help with paperwork related mom's estate. I talked to Daniel **. He was extremely helpful and was able to get necessary info. It was nice to sit down, and talk to someone who knew what to do but also could talk cars and woodworking. When I left, paperwork was done and I felt like I just had a conversation with a friend. Thank you, Bob.

I just wanted to make a quick note that Chase Bank was the easiest company with which to deal after losing my brother in an apartment fire. They responded quickly telling me what documents they needed and were quick to send checks for me to deposit into his estate. One thing that was especially kind, is they are the only company that returned to me his death certificate and my letter of Administration. These documents cost money to obtain, and the Letter of Administration was obtained through my attorney, which also costs money every time I need more. I really appreciate that they take the time to return these documents.

I have only had issues since I have had this card. The customer service is terrible. I have disputed 1,300$ of fraud charges from another country for a year now and they have closed the dispute 5 times with no resolution and cannot provide reason, they just reopen it every time I follow up. Every time there is fraud from traveling they close and send me a new card (my other cc is able to resolve without doing this each time), then I tell them I will be leaving town and they will leave me overseas without a card. They say they will leave the old card unlocked (they don’t) and the new card never makes it to me. Still waiting on the card they were suppose to send last year.

Also, they tell me if I close the card, I can’t use my reward points after closing: I have been waiting until they’re used up to close. I earned the rewards points. I should not have to keep the card open to use them. I have never been so displeased with financial services. Oh and now they just added $10 fees for interest to my card that has been paid off for two months… good thing I checked it randomly. I really hate them.

Chase Bank continually places holds on my company check deposits and keeps the funds long after the funds have been released to them from the issuer. This problem is constant with Chase banking. It is illegal to keep funds after the heck has already cleared and they do it all the time. They "hold" keep the funds for 10 days, long after the checks clear causing many issues with our cash flow. Their actions cost us money.

Worst bank I have ever had. My card constantly doesn’t work. They hold my business funds every couple weeks so I don’t have access to any money in my business account for payroll. It’s always an excuse and they don’t ever do anything to fix it. I will be closing all accounts and never doing business with them. Please save your sanity and time. Go elsewhere.
