I ordered a scale from this place. 3-5 day delivery - it's been 14 days - nothing. I've emailed 5 times - nothing. And, try to call them - they list no phone number. Don't even think of using this site.
I ordered and paid for 2 sets of earrings on 15 April. They promise 4 days for delivery. I received a confirmation of payment and an order number. Did not receive any tracking number. After numerous emails trying to get some information, I must sadly say there has been NO response. The courier company can not assist without tracking numbers.
STAY AWAY!
This site has had massive breaches TWICE in the last 12 months.
They have not disclosed these either times. Hackers managed to gain access to administration tools which let them access and change the information on any account they want. Which they did, and support does not reply to tickets to try and recover the stolen accounts.
I used to love this site so much but recently they have made so many terrible changes! They layout now is terrible! When I try to heart my own images, I need to put tags on each one or they won't post! Gif images don't automatically play anymore when browsing, making them so easy to miss. It is heartbreaking to see them turn this awesome website into an absolute trainwreck.
I like this site because I find lots of original and interesting images on it. The only gripe I have is that there is a lot of issues with copyright and posting other peoples' photos on your own site without their permission. I guess for some people, stating on your main page that you do not have any rights to any of the photos you post unless otherwise stated isn't enough for some people. I've had some issues with things like that and it's irritating, but still like the site to find unique pictures and easy to find with keywords.
Is this site under new ownership or something? Three nights ago I did a free trial with them. The next evening I cancelled it. It I believe would be after the trial period $4.99 per month. The next morning after I cancelled they had the nerve to send me an email stating I should "pay my bill sooner?" I cancelled for God's sake! Well, today, they sent me in my email a receipt of payment. I went to my checking account (they got through there because my paypal is connected to it) and they had taken out $19.99. I had a busy day and by the time I called my bank, just a few minutes after five, they were closed. I am really ticked off. I MEAN I AM MAD. Can anyone tell me anything about them?
