How to use WebClient or HTTPWebRequest to Login/Post Data

i have searched alot on google but could not find some help for using WebClient/HttpWebRequest Classes to Login/Post Data to some website

specially if some one can put a piece of code how to login accounts.google.com and maintain cookies
