I've been using SolidTrust Pay for more than a year now and I have been extremely pleased with their service. Their fees and reasonable and transactions are processed in a timely manner. To be honest, their customer service is better than Payoneer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an e-wallet. I do have one request though - please extend your customer chat hours.

We spent nearly $100 for an operational account which may accept CreditCard($39 fees), micro payment ($15 fees) , $45 for bank accepting fees.
Got 9 transaction of $710
Around $530 payments are lost in their system we have prove which they do not accept and they are still figuring out the flaw in their system.
In Rest $160 they refunded the $20 payment as the phone number client submited to STP has old USA PostalCode also charged 25% fees of $5.30 with this refund. Which is not our issue at all.
So finally we have only $140 on our account after loss of $100+$530+$20+$5.30+$$$= $710++

I Keep Away! I DON'T TRUST !!
They took about $100 (all my hard-won deposit) under a contractual term expressing that if no account movement during a certain period, they have the right to serve themselves.
This is how they made use of the law to attack all my deposits!!
I have proofs, and emails too. And the term is in their contract, but they know that most of us will not read it carrefully!.
My Question to you STP, why do you absorb deposits this way??
I am not in your country, otherwise, I would kinldy show where the Court is, and how does paying damages for $100 look like, too.

A young corporate CEO just putting my foot in the door with Canadian Company, I was not nervous until reading reviews... But my experience with Solid Trust Pay has been pretty clean cut. I actually got a really nice phone call from a female helping me... Some part of the pretty extensive verification process, was very transparent, straight forward, and helpful. They are not free, no one is. As a former federal agent the extensive verification should make you feel pretty safe, and part of something not easy to obtain. Seems like they are just cutting out fraudulent users and the chance of us merchants ever being charged back falsely. I really hope this company can integrate with shopping carts and such. However I do have yet to take a payment as it not easy to integrate and set up. I have the trust card and STP card to activate which I high recommend. It just makes them like you more.. Haha.. Trust card. Anyways this company is much better than some of the British merchants I've tried to use for Global Transaction... Gold Money, Payza, Skrill. The first two being absolute nightmares, Skrill being impossible here in the US to obtain a PAYSAFE merchant account. I say be clean and give Solid Trust a chance, I have a feeling the handful of complaints I've seen were touching illegal activity.
