How to register an online account and pay bill at Windstream

Windstream is a UK based communications company offering a range of services including voice, internet, digital TV and more. If you are a customer of the company, you can register for an online account at their website. This will allow you to pay your bills online and access other account management features.

It is very easy to register an online account at Windstream. Follow the below instructions to do so:

• Visit www.windstreamonline.com/pol/Home.action
  
• On the left side, you will see a “register for access” link. Click on it
• You will now be on the registration webpage
• Enter your customer account number, PIN number located on your invoice and your billing zip code
• Verify the information entered and then click the “Validate” button
• Complete the next instructions and you will successfully register an account online

To pay your Windstream bills online, follow the below steps:

• Visit the website at https://www.windstreamonline.com/pol/Home.action
• You will see the log in section. Enter your username, password and click the “Sign In” button.
• Once you are logged in to your account, navigate to the “My Account” option. From there, select “Invoices & Payments” and then “Make Payment”.
• You can now make an immediate bill payment

In addition to paying your bills instantly, you can also use the following online bill payment options:

• Schedule Payments: This is very similar to making immediate payments. The procedure is exactly the same but with one change. You can select a future date from the date setting. Once you schedule a payment, your bills will be paid off on the selected date.
• Auto Draft: This option allows you to pay your monthly bills automatically through your checking account. Just log in to your online account to set up this payment option

The following are the various offline bill payment options available to you:

Mail: To send a payment by mail

• Write down a check for the bill amount
• Note down your customer account number on the check. This will help to identify your check when it is sent for processing
• Mail the check to the following address – Windstream, P.O. Box 9001908, Louisville, KY 40290-1908
• Make sure you send the mail an appropriate number of days before the due date. Otherwise, you may be charged a late payment penalty.

• Visit this link to identify a store near you
• Select a state and your city. Then click the “Find” button.
• A list of stores in the city will be shown.
• Visit the store nearest to you with the bill statement and pay your bills directly

You can also pay through Western Union branches. But you will be charged a service fee.
