They just upgraded their system, but it is so difficult to find mobile deposit. Even the lady who answered my call couldn't help me. The IT Department needs to review their work before calling this an upgraded system. I'm not happy.
I can't make a payment online or on the app. I have a personal loan as well, which I can't make payments on. I'm never going into that place again, but I can tell current and potential future customers that the payment options available to members are designed to force late payments and tack on multiple late fees. Lots of members were under the impression their loans were completely paid off until they received a repossession letter stating they had to pay almost a thousand in late fees incurred. You would think this kind of practice wouldn't be legal... only in America. In addition, credit unions are exempt from paying federal taxes... notice all the credit unions here in Commesota? I rest my case.

Wings Financial Credit Union exhibits discretionary practices. I purchased $3,000 worth of merchandise that was supposed to be authentic but turned out to be counterfeit. To summarize, Wings Financial Credit Union would not honor the consumer chargeback law, which states that when a merchant misrepresents merchandise, you are entitled to a refund. They are refusing to abide by the law as it applies to me. It seems to be a case of discrimination. They won't even refund funds that were fraudulently taken from me. This Credit Union does not protect their customers.
Thieves - You can’t feel safe with your money in this bank. If you get behind on a credit card payment they will just help themselves to whatever amount they feel like without warning, without your knowledge and without any notification at all. EVEN IF YOU HAVE JUST MADE A PAYMENT AND IT HASN’T POSTED YET. They have no concern that they have screwed your budget.
Don’t get me wrong, I was late, I made a payment THEN they helped themselves to more.
Would give less than one star if I were able. Their IT is so messed up and they have no ability to make real-time fixes. They implement system "security" measures that then lock you out of your accounts. Stay away - used to be good (been a member for 30 years), now it's terrible.
Since it was impossible to talk to a live customer in their credit card/loan department—45 minutes on hold!—I took my inquiry to a more attentive competitor. I thought they would have learned at least something from previously listed negative comments in that regard. But no...
Horrible customer service. The teller made an error cashing a check and because of the error, the check needed to be signed again the following day. The teller said if there were any overdraft fees because of this error, they would be refunded. Well, low and behold, the next day an overdraft shows up and they refuse to refund it. They didn't care that the teller made the error. All they care about is screwing their customers over.

A family member who was a member of this credit union passed away, after informing them they immediately locked out all his accounts and quoted us $150 to provide us copies of statements needed to handle closing the estate. Profiting off a death of a member is disgusting.
I got pre approved for a personal loan for 25,000 on 8-8-2023 by loan officer Tara garvin. She called me and verified my identity by calling me on the number that is on my fraud alert on my experian credit file. She told me that, I had to open up a membership to get the loan finalized. So I stopped by the branch in atlanta and opened up a savings acct the same day we spoke on 8-8-2023. I called her on 8-9-2023, but she was out of the office. So I called her on 8-10-2023 and she told me that she was sick that is why she wasn't at work on 8-9-2023. She told me that everything was completed for the loan, and that she would be sending me the loan docs for me to docusign in 30 mins. Then she asked me what time did, I want to pick up the check so I told her 1:30pm. She said she would be scheduling a appt at the branch for me to pick up the check at 1:30pm. I never received the documents via email for me to sign the papers so, I called her back but she never answered the phone. I called the loan processing department and asked KYLE who was rude/unprofessional about my loann documents never being sent to me. He put me on hold then came back on the phone and said that a email would be sent to me. I was confused, because I was told I was approved for the loan by Tara Garvin. I kept calling and emailing her in which she IGNORED every call/email. She then sent me a email stating: "After submitting to processing this loan has been sent down for further review and we are unable to complete your request at this time. You will receive notification once review is complete either by phone, email or a letter in the mail as to the decision or next steps." I don't know what games she was playing, but I was trying to see what happened. I kept calling the loan dept and they said that they couldn't tell me anything then kept hanging up the phone. I completed everything and still have no idea what happened to my loan!

Been a loyal customer for 20 years have always been a fan until recently. Was out of work for 2 months due too a broken foot got a little behind on my accts .. was on hold times for over an hour sometimes unsuccessful as you got closer to time for them to close . Long story short they closed my credit card that I had never been late but recently.. there collections dept are rude and less deserving of your buisness . When things are great they are great and nice .. when things are not they are rude and could care less if you have been there 1 day or forever.. I am truly heartbroken that a bank I onced loved and raved have now treated me like I was dirt
