Coordinated an initiative with University Housing and Dining, using the Making Assessment Possible
(MAP-Works) assessment program to identify and provide early proactive support to at-risk students
in an effort to address declines in freshmen-to-sophomore retention.
Provided assessment support to all areas of the university. Major contributions include general
education assessment which resulted in support for the inclusion fine arts in the general education
curriculum and a foreign language or international experience component as a graduation
requirement. Efforts also include approximately 100 internal assessment efforts each year.
Developed and maintained web presence for the areas of assessment, budget, planning, and technology
areas in the Office of Planning, Budget, and Institutional Research.
Established and coordinated a 5-month user migration strategy, training, and support elements of the
