Call list Workcenter in the Marketing pro Business role,Display Campaign" button not working

Hi Experts,

I have added the "Call Lists" work-center of IC agent in a Z Marketing pro Business role.

But when I click on Call Lists -> after selecting a campaign -> When I am clicking on "Display Campaign" button

nothing is getting displayed. I mean it remains on the same screen.

Same thing is happening when i click on Go to Campaign button.

Where as when I am doing this in IC agent business role than its displaying the required Campaign data.

When i click on display Campaign or Go to Campaign it remains on this page only. Does not show anything.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hello, Kapil Kumar.

Check the navigation bar profile for IC agent and add missed generic OP mappings to your Z-role's navigation bar profile.

Thanks for the reply, Im following this Post and had a query. I just configured the Generic OP Mappings as mentioned by you, but the "Interactive Script" link is not working. Like if we click on it, its not going anywhere. Please find the screen shot below.
