Battlenet log in saying Busy

We are having this investigated. In the meantime, I'd recommend just trying this every few minutes. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you than that at the moment. This does seem to be an intermittent issue, so hopefully retrying will get you through.

While you are certainly entitled to your opinion Feather, this is only the second report I've seen on this. I'm not certain what the issue is yet, but I'd believe that characterization is a bit over-broad.

Looks like more then just 2 cases.

That thread was started the beginning of April, Feather.

I only see one post from yesterday, and none at all today.

Many people may just not be able to log in to complain since the forums are giving 'service unavailable' on forum logins as well.

I can log my account in fine, his receives 'login server is currently busy'.

All these issues with it, far more often than the normal login server would definitely lead to 'battle.net sucks'.

Logical, battle.net sucks

There is actually good information in that thread on some things to try if you are having issues. I suspect this is more on our end at the moment, that is what we are having checked out.
