Debit Card
It’s how you get started. A Temporary Card is the Prepaid Debit Card you purchased at any of our Kroger Family of Stores. Use your Temporary Card until you register for a Reloadable Card.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you have provided your name and address prior to June 30, 2024 you have until July 30, 2024 to spend all the remaining funds on your card. Your Visa® Prepaid Debit Card will be closed on July 31, 2024.
If you did not provide your name and address to us prior to June 30, 2024 you will need to spend all remaining funds on your card prior to the expiration date. If you have any questions, you may call 888-371-8901 to speak to a Customer Care representative.
Activate Your Temporary Card
Once your card is activated, it is safe to begin using. You can also log in to check your balance and secure your card so you can shop online.
