Terminologies:
1. TP  – TechnoPreneur (Dealer)
2. TU - TechnoUser (Retailer/User)
3. Gateway - All your transactions or changes to your account (either TP or TU) could be done either through the LoadXtreme website or by sending a SMS syntax to your designated LX Gateway. The LX Gateway number shall depend on your telephone provider and the last digit of your mobile number.  During registration, use the gateway specified in the quick guide.  After your 1st transaction, a gateway number will be assigned to you.  Save that gateway/celno and send all your SMS command to your assigned gateway.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT divulge your PIK to anyone!  (treat your PIK like your ATM PIN)
Note: Do not include ‘<’ or ‘>’ when sending your SMS commands

How to register a new TechnoPreneur (1-7) / Technouser (1-3) online:

1. Go to http://www.loadxtreme.ph on the upper right find No account? Click Here then click I agree
2. Input the details of your new TP complete nameaddressbirthday,celfon#ID# (found at the front of the card and SAC(your subscriber activation code located at the back of the card) and email and click submit
3. You will then be given the PIK in big bold red letters (you can change your PIK later), write it down, memorize & keep it in a safe place. Then on the lower left part click Activate Business Center (for TP activation only)
4. You will be asked to enter the ID and PIK of your new TP. On the lower part, you will be asked to enter the Sales Sponsor ID (the ID of the person who endorsed/directly refers the business) and the Sales Placement ID (where you want to put/position your new TP in your team)
5. After you click submit, you will be prompted to enter the PIK of your dealer and you can review the details if correct (Sponsor & Placement ID).
6. After you click submit, you will be asked to enter the PPSC of the new TP. You may now enter the ID, PIK, and PPSC (Product Pack Sales Code located at the back of the card.)
7. Once you enter the PPSC, dealer registration is successful. Go to http://mylx.biz then check your genealogy and browse the pages. Congratulations!!!Bottom of Form
How to register a new TechnoUser (TU) using your celfon?
1. LX REG <ID Number> <SAC> <Birthdate> <Telco> <Full Name>        and send to gateway

  • Locate the customer cellphone number under the Recipient column and get the Serial Number under the Trace/Ref/SN column
  • Send the Serial Number to your customer via SMS, e-mail or by any other means

How to replenish load wallet?

There are convenient ways to replenish your LX account. Please check which works best for you. We are constantly finding ways to serve you better.
1.) Technopreneur Transfer – LX Load Wallet Replenishment
This facility is available to Technopreneurs Only
Using Your Mobile Phone
Command:
LX TRANSFER <TechnopreneurID> <PIK> <LXLOAD> <Amount> <TechnouserID> <Technouser Cellphone Number>

  • Key-in amount to be transferred
  • Key-in the Technouser ID in the Retailer ID field
  • Key-in the Technouser cellphone number  in the Retailer Cell# field. Use the format 09XXXXXXXXX
  • Put your e-mail address. Email is required for you to receive confirmation
  • Click the Transfer Credits button

How to load E-Wallet using Smart Money

  1. Go directly to SMART MENU then select SMART MONEY
  2. Select TRANSFER then OTHERS
  3. Enter VMobile Smart Money Card No. 5299-6700-3841-8116
  4. TRANSFER FRM will appear, and then press OK
  5. Select the account you enrolled, and then enter the amount you wish to transfer
  6. Enter your W-PIN. A confirmation message will appear
After deposit has been made, make sure that you do either of the following to replenish your e-wallet.

4.) BDO Auto-Debit Reload via SMS – LX Load Wallet Replenishment
Enrollment Required / For BDO Account Holders Only
Now you can replenish your LX LoadWallet without having to go to the bank. With BDO Auto-debit, you just have to send a command (SMS) to your assigned gateway specifying your debit request and your enrolled BDO Account gets debited automatically. Enroll your BDO Account now!
Enrollment Procedure:
  1. Secure an Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Enrollment Form from VMobile Office, from BDO ADB Avenue Branch or from the Resources/Downloads section
  2. Fill-Out the ADA Enrollment Form. Indicate your LX ID as Subscriber Number under the Customer Payee List Information section of the form.
  3. Submit the document to BDO – ADB Branch G/F Robinsons Equitable Tower ADB Avenue, cor. Poveda St. Pasig City or send the form to VMobile Head Office with address at: 1906 Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor. Poveda Ave., Quezon City
  4. Wait for the approval confirmation of your ADA enrollment via SMS.
Once enrolled, you may send your Reload Auto-Debit Request from Monday-Friday until 4:00PM using the following command:
Command:
LX BDODEBIT  <ID Number>/<PIK>/<Amount>
Example:

Important Note:
  • Minimum allowable amount is P500
  • Auto-debit commands sent beyond 4PM shall be processed the next banking day.
  • Last batch of crediting is done at 7PM of each banking day.

▪   Effective 15 June 2009, All LX Load Wallet crediting from bank deposits will be done same day in two (2) batches: 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
▪   Bank Deposits with successful LX RELOAD requests from 7:01pm onwards will be credited starting 11:00am next working day.

  • On the left-side of the page, locate and click Request Reload under Transaction Tools
  • Key-in your PIK in the fields provided
  • Key-in the amount
  • If through bank deposit, indicate Bank branch;
  • If through online transfer, indicate Reference number.
  • Format for Date and Time should be mm-dd-yyyy hh:mm (am/pm) and the date/time you made the deposit or transaction.

6.) UnionBank Bills Payment – LX Load Wallet Replenishment
  • Fill-out a Bills Payment Slip (Over-The-Counter or ATM) at any UNIONBANK Branch Nationwide.
  • Crediting to your LX Account is Same-Day (7PM)
  • There is NO Inter-Branch deposit charge for this service
  • Minimum deposit amount is P500.00
  • You DO NOT have to send LX RELOAD notification to the system to get your LX Account reloaded.

Important!!!  Be sure you have deposited/replenished your load wallet at least Php 1000 every month through banks or IBC in order to get the 1% GRO override.
How To Check My E-Wallet Reload Status?
After making a bank deposit, auto-debit or electronic transfer and then sending the LX RELOAD Command using your mobile phone to replenish your LX LoadWallet, sometimes it takes longer than expected.
Here’s what you need to do:
  • Check all the details like amount deposited, bank name, branch and branch code. The account number, date and time.
  • Check the LX Command. Is your ID number and PIK correct? And do the other required information matches the above details?
  • Call Customer Care at 311-3000 to make an inquiry about your E-Wallet Reload Status
Check Load Wallet Balance thru CP: LX BAL <ID Number> <PIK>
Using the Internet:
  • Log-in to your account at www.loadxtreme.ph
  • On the left-side of the page, clicking on any views under the Transaction Tools will display your current balance.
How to Manage my VMobile Account?
Using your Mobile Phone:

Change Address: LX CHGADDR <ID Number> <PIK> <New Address >

Change Registered Cellphone Number:  LX NEWCEL <ID Number> <PIK> <New Cellphone#>
Using the internet:
  • Log-in to your account at www.mylx.biz
  • On the left-side of the page, locate and click Manage Profile under My Account
  • Click the Edit Profile button
  • Change your desired field (address, CP#, Bday) in the Address field.
  • If you’ve chosen to change your address, please select Region/Province/Town from the drop-down list
  • Click the Update button.
Policy on myLX commission conversion to loadwallet
Loadxtreme Subscribers (Dealers and Retailers) can convert their sales commissions from selling LX Dealership Franchise Package, AXS Subscription Package, and AXS Reorder Package starting October 6, 2008.
LX Load Wallet conversion request is available only through Subscribers’ LX web log-in (http://mylx.biz or http://axs.loadxtreme.ph) – ‘Convert Earnings’ Menu. Minimum conversion amount is Php 1,000.00 with Php 50.00 charge per transaction.
LX Load Wallet conversion request cut-off is every Friday; 7:00pm. Crediting of all successful conversions is every Wednesday; 7:00pm.
