any-one else having problems login onto the bank of cyprus internet banking tried the old dog an bone but was put on hold for like ever then when it did start to ring through again it promptly cut me off
never had problem before but now it states log in on old account or new account. old sends you to page saying go back and log itno new which i tried but then it asks for details i dont have
it is www.bankofcyprus.com isint !!!!!!!!!
I was messed about a bit when they changed their system - a couple of months or so ago. They now use a setup called 1Bank. To be honest I think it's far less user friendly than the old one but perhaps that's just me.
Below is the page you that you should be able to login on. You should have been notified in some way if you have been migrated to the new system (I have been so I imagine you were). In which case use the "Login to New Internet Banking" button.
There you just use your old subscriber number and PIN - or DIGIPASS.

I wasn't informed either...although the system seemed to think I was....crystal ball would have been handy! - but I just did as others have said (used old info for new log in) and it worked first time!
